Our 2020 newly built Villa VIO on Corfu directly above the sea with direct access to the sandy beach offers space for up to 8 people. Here you will find everything you want for your comfortable and relaxing holiday - a perfect family home:
Large living and dining area with large living room (from 2023) and a surrounding large covered terrace with lounge furniture and barbecue area (gas barbecue; large dining table with 8 chairs), fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the green surroundings.
TV in the living area, 2 TV's in the bedrooms, Bluetooth soundbar, WLan.
Fully equipped open plan fitted kitchen (maxi ceramic hob, oven, side by side fridge with ice cube / water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, plenty of crockery, cooking utensils).
Four bedrooms (Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms).
Two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
Washing machine
Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The outdoor area offers a large garden with private pool, sunbeds and gazebo. Own driveway with parking spaces.
The house is situated directly in the first row above the sea. Directly from the property, which is about 30 m above sea level, a nature path (mostly stairs) leads through a small canyon directly to the sandy beach or enjoy the peace and quiet of the secluded location by your own pool. The house is located between the villages of Agios Georgios Argyrades and Marathias/Santa Barbara in the southwest of the island of Corfu.

Villa VIO and Villa ENA are located in the southwest of the island of Corfu, directly above the sea on the beach between the villages of Agios Georgios Argyrades and Marathias, in a wonderfully secluded location. This region is known for its long sandy beaches.
Enjoy your holiday away from the tourist hustle and bustle in a wonderful sea location with direct access to the long sandy beach.
You can reach tavernas and bars in Marathias by foot in 10 minutes directly on the beach or let our regular taverna serve you a "Greek evening" directly in our own house.....

Our holiday homes on Corfu directly above the sea on the beautiful sandy beach offer all the amenities that you need and can expect for a self-catering holiday. We have made every effort to equip the houses with everything you need for a holiday (comfortable beds, sufficient and nice crockery, gas barbecue, lots of seating, great technical equipment, pool with gazebo and direct access to the sea via a nature trail through a small canyon (steps and trail down to the beach/sea), - and maybe even a little more ........ A car is necessary; the last 700 m approach is via a sandy path.

Pure relaxation !
Absolute dream location!
A very beautiful and large villa with exceptionally impressive sea views
The beach is a 2 minute walk (about 60 metres) away and is an absolute insider tip. Few to no people and very clean and beautiful
The cleaning fairy works very neatly and is very nice and accommodating .
The kitchen and contents , absolutely perfect , really everything has been thought of
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows ( also a rarity ...) Communication with Mrs Winkelmann was just super , very friendly and helpful and she had super tips regarding car rental , restaurants , boat rental , etc ...
A very nice , relaxing holiday and we will definitely come here again !!! Love and thanks for everything ♥️☀️
