The villa has a garden with lawn and trees, with a swimming pool of 8m. x 3,75 m, chairs and tables on the terrace and barbecue at your disposal and also sun loungers for sunbathing. On the ground floor you will find the dining room and very comfortable living room which opens directly onto a terrace and the kitchen and a bathroom.
On the first floor you will also find three bedrooms and another bathroom and also a large terrace very comfortable for a good rest. On the garden level there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom. the villa has wifi No groups of young people are accepted.

First of all... the management by the administrator was very good.
The condition of the house leaves a lot to be desired. Rubbish on the property, a bedroom that also serves as access to the garden is, from our perspective, unusable. Due to water damage, moisture has formed in the walls, and the smell there is very much like that of mold infestation. This is an absolute exclusion criterion for renting. The entire area would need to be renovated immediately. Stray cats, which according to the landlord come from a previous rental, are lying everywhere on the outdoor furniture. Upon our arrival, there were heaps of cat food leftovers in the area where the cat food was stored and where guests could also feed the cats. Although these were removed at our suggestion, it suggests how the house and the grounds are cleaned. The seat cushions of the furniture in the outdoor area are heavily soiled with cat hair and unusable. Doors and windows must always remain closed so that the cats do not enter the house. The outdoor area looks very well-maintained in the pictures of the advertisement, but it does not correspond to the actual condition on site. The shower for the swimming pool is completely unusable, as it is, firstly, in a dilapidated condition and, secondly, overgrown with bushes. The price being asked here for a week is not in proportion to the services offered. We were fortunately only there for a week and cannot recommend this accommodation in its current state. The washing machine was entirely moldy and, even after a superficial cleaning by the manager due to damage, was still unusable.
