Welcome to the Wiek holiday home!
In our holiday home Wiek, which was completed in 2003, three modern and lovingly furnished non-smoking holiday flats are at your disposal.
The beautiful harbour is only
400 m, to the fine sandy, 11 km long bathing beach about 6 km.
The bus stop is only about 500 m from the house.
Our holiday home is in a very quiet location, yet close to the centre of Wiek, and our three flats offer plenty of comfort for a relaxing holiday.
All guests have access to a large sunbathing lawn with barbecue area and 2 terraces with garden furniture:
a west terrace for our flats "Hiddensee" and "Wittow",
a south terrace for our flat "Windland".
Our flats "Windland "**** Wittow*** and "Hiddensee "*** have been rated and awarded according to the DTV classification (German Tourism Association ).
Car parking spaces and a storage facility for your bicycles are available.
You have the choice between these three flats:
Ground floor: 2 bedrooms max. 4 guests approx. 114 m²
1. Floor: 1 bedroom max. 3 guests approx. 50 m²
1. Floor: 1 bedroom max. 2 guests approx. 40 m²

Location and surroundings of object
Our very well equipped holiday flat "Windland" with separate entrance is furnished for two to four guests.
Additional bed on request.
The spacious living room is equipped with a leather suite, a table with armchairs as well as satellite TV, radio and DVD player. A large table with chairs in front of the hatch to the kitchen serves as a spacious dining area. The wood-burning stove in the living room invites you to spend cosy hours in a comfortable atmosphere.
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, each with two beds including a bedside table and reading lamp, as well as a wardrobe. In one of the bedrooms with exit to the terrace, there is another fireplace and a second satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker (ceramic hob and oven), fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and coffee maker.
Furthermore, a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet as well as a guest toilet with washing machine are at your disposal.
On request, we offer internet access at a price of € 10.00 per week.
We are happy to provide a high chair free of charge for our youngest guests.
Bath towels and hand towels are provided. Please do not take the bath towels to the beach.
The hot water is produced in an environmentally friendly way by a solar system on the roof, heating is by means of a gas condensing boiler.
You can park your car on the property, left entrance.
Wiek, formerly a fishing village, is now a small, state-recognised resort on Rügen's Wittow peninsula. In addition to the nearby Bodden beaches, the nearest fine sandy Baltic Sea beaches at Bakenberg and Schaabe are about 6 km away. Wiek has a beautiful harbour, various shopping facilities, a bakery, restaurants, boat and bicycle rental as well as a doctor and a savings bank. A surfing school, a 6-hole golf course and a riding school are also in the vicinity. From Wiek, the island can be explored by bike, on foot or by car at any time of the year. For example, excursions to Cape Arkona with its three lighthouses and the fishing village of Vitt, a steamboat trip to the Störtebeker Festival at the open-air stage in Ralswiek, excursions to the Königstuhl, Rügen's famous chalk coast, or to Hiddensee. The island capital Bergen has several shopping centres.

Cancellation terms:
A necessary cancellation of the trip must be communicated in writing immediately. If the vacation rental cannot be leased to someone else, the landlord has a claim for compensation according to the following scale: - up to the 50th day before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price - up to the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price - up to the 11th day before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price - thereafter up to 100%, even in case of no-show.
