In a top area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, at the foot of the almost 2,000 meter high Kramer, is the beautiful apartment, in which there is plenty of space for two people. The apartment is very centrally located and offers you with 30 m² enough space.
Mountain and hiking enthusiasts are exactly right here, because the apartment is located directly at the foot of the Kramer and you can start your tours right outside the front door. The Kramer is a very popular destination among hikers, after all, the mountain offers a fantastic view of the Zugspitze and the surrounding mountains.
You can also reach the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the pedestrian zone with its numerous stores, cozy cafes and restaurants, in just a few minutes walk.
The light-flooded living room is well defined by its clever division: On one side there is a dining option for two people and a comfortable sofa. This can be converted into a sofa bed in a few simple steps. So during the day you can sit comfortably and enjoy the flair of a living room, before you make yourself comfortable in the evening hours and turn the area into a bedroom. Of course, this cozy corner also has a TV.
On the other side of the room, a well-equipped kitchenette awaits you. This has all the necessary appliances to prepare small meals. Oven, stove and microwave are at your disposal. Of course, there is also a refrigerator.
The modern bathroom is also friendly and bright. It has a spacious shower, toilet and even a bidet.
The apartment is made especially cozy by the large balcony. Here you can sit relaxed, read a book or even enjoy a glass of wine. Of course, a small table and chairs are ready for you. Pure vacation feeling!
Pets are welcome to bring along on vacation here. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.

The apartment is very nice, large enough for 2 people. All excursions are easily accessible by public transport. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen equipment was also good. All essential items were available. I can recommend the apartment and would also choose it again myself.

The service of the holiday home agency was very good. All important TV channels are available. Perfect Wi-Fi. The apartment could be heated well. Central location, 10 minutes walking distance to the city.

We were very satisfied with the location and amenities of the apartment. Any questions we had were answered immediately, and all the staff were very friendly. The TV problem was also fixed right away upon request, and now there is a wide selection of channels. Our dog (Leyla, 7 months) felt just as comfortable as we did. The neighbors were all very nice. Really nice and cozy house in a quiet area, with a view of the Alps. The team was really helpful, would definitely love to stay there again.
