You are guaranteed to feel well! The newly built 3-family house is located in the beautiful and idyllic holiday village Farchant and is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has a area of 110m is upstairs. It has two large balconies, which are equipped with modern and comfortable furniture. You can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains there.
Enjoy an unforgettable holiday with your whole family
The holiday apartment "Reiselust" has space for 6 persons. It is equipped with three bedrooms with wardrobes, underfloor heating, a flat-screen TV an comfortable box spring beds. A large living area with a leather sofa and TV invites you to spend many wonderful hours together with the family. In addition, the living room has a spacious fitted kitchen with all modern kitchen appliances and a bar. The dining area is in the kitchen and includes a large table and a comfortable corner seat for 6 persons. The apartment has two bathrooms.
Parking spaces for your car
In the basement of the holiday home there is a room where you can park your skis and snowboard or in summer your bikes and for your ski boots is a boot dryer available. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are also in the basement. The house also offers a parking space for your car right outside the door. This house is located next to the railway station, but there is a noise barrier. Pets are welcome in the apartment "Reiselust", so you can take you four-legged friends on vacation.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal im Zentrum des Dorfes. Der Bahnhof stört im Winter gar nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A truly great and clean apartment. Great layout. In the previous comments, we were able to see that the train noise sometimes bothered others. Our verdict is: we don't even know when the train runs because we didn't hear it at all. The apartment is superbly equipped with everything you need for the first few days. Washer and dryer available in the basement. These appliances are clean and well-maintained. The town of Farchant is beautifully situated and invites you to discover many things there. It was not the last time for us. We had the holiday apartment "Reiselust" and there were 6 of us. Unfortunately, it was difficult to have meals together on the balcony because it was too small for that. So we used the beautiful large kitchen. Thanks to the great landlord for such a great accommodation and truly perfect service. Greetings from the North Sea.

The vacation apartment is very well equipped, very bright and friendly furnished. Everything you could need is there. We felt completely comfortable. The only downside for us was the missing internet, which was probably due to the fact that we were pretty much the first tenants. The internet was not yet activated. As we were also the first tenants with other questions, we had to contact the landlords - and we were helped immediately! Thank you for that! Highly recommended is the somewhat inconspicuous Italian restaurant just around the corner - very friendly and really delicious!

We are more than excited. From the moment of booking until our departure, we were competently and very courteously looked after. A minor defect in the apartment was fixed in the next hour, even though it was not urgent. The layout of the apartment and the washer/dryer in the basement rooms were perfect for us. The kitchen lacked nothing. The train line behind the house is not bothersome at all, as hardly any trains pass by. Additionally, the windows are very soundproof, so we didn't even notice a thunderstorm in the apartment. In general, the house and location are very peaceful. Everything for shopping is there and within walking distance. Most of all, we all loved the very spacious balcony, which felt like an additional room all around…with a magnificent view. We can only recommend the Mahr agency and this holiday apartment. Rarely booked and traveled so well. We will come back.

We had a wonderful week with great weather in Farchant. The apartment was almost perfect. For years we have been coming back to Farchant from time to time. However, we have never stayed in such a modern and clean place. There was no expense spared in the furnishings, from super modern TVs that are internet-enabled to tasteful decor. Just great. The apartment has a fantastic view of both the Zugspitze and the surrounding mountains. The facilities leave hardly anything to be desired and the location of the apartment, on a dead-end street, is relatively quiet. Only the train station is somewhat bothersome because the trains pass through the town very early in the morning. But you get used to it and if you sleep with the window closed, you don't hear anything from it.

We stayed with 5 people + dog. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean, very high-quality equipped and nothing was missing. We cannot confirm any noise from the adjacent railway line. Since most trains stop at the opposite station anyway, they also pass by very slowly and cannot be heard within the apartment. Even when sitting on the balcony, it is not disturbing. We would love to come back.

We stayed in the "Fewo Reiselust" with 6 people. Unfortunately, it was difficult to have meals together on the balcony because it was too small. So we used the beautiful large living kitchen.
Thanks to the great landlord for such a great accommodation and really perfect service.

This holiday flat is dreamlike! The Zugspitze can be seen from almost all the windows. The flat is located in a quiet village, Garmisch can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The flat itself leaves nothing to be desired. If something was missing; for us it was a clothes horse; it was provided promptly. If there is anything to complain about, it might be the somewhat high price for the night....

The flat was almost perfect. We have been coming back to Farchant for years. But we have never stayed in such a modern and clean place. They didn't skimp on the furnishings, from super modern TVs; internet capability to the delight of the kids; to the tasteful furnishings. Simply great.
A small tip on the side: It is advisable to install fly screens, especially in the bedrooms.

The flat is modernly furnished, the layout of the rooms is great and the view of the mountains is magnificent. You immediately feel at home and there is nothing missing. The care by the boss and the staff is great, we had a great time and a really successful holiday with the whole family.

It is an extremely beautiful flat in which one lacks nothing. Even the location on the railway line did not bother us at all. The flat is therefore highly recommended.
