After a long journey, we (4 Berliners) were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Weber. As soon as we entered our "temporary apartment," we felt right at home. The apartment is very high quality and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is sufficiently available (dishes, glasses, pots, etc.). It is worth mentioning that the apartment was super clean. So here, a heartfelt thank you to the hardworking helpers in the background. We can only recommend the apartment. Shopping options, bus, etc. are in immediate proximity. We often started our many hikes right at the doorstep or used the free bus. We will definitely come back. We found everything exactly as it was described. We had already gotten a good impression from the pictures beforehand and were not disappointed. Everything is furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. Everything in the apartment was very new and well-maintained. The kitchen is perfectly equipped; nothing is missing. Anyone who enjoys cooking can do so here without any problems. The apartment is very bright due to the large windows. In bad weather, you can wonderfully spend time in the large living room, read, watch TV (by the way, there is also a large flat TV in the bedroom), or simply look out the window. The bathroom and guest bathroom are also perfect, very clean, and tasteful. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with very comfortable beds and ample storage space. The location was ideal for us! We practically only needed the car for shopping; otherwise, it stood in the underground garage. Within walking distance is the ski stadium.

We spent some very nice days here and felt completely comfortable!!! Very good location, both the district of Partenkirchen and Garmisch are easily reachable on foot. The apartment offers all the comforts and has enough space for 4 adults. We would love to come back!

We spent a week in February 2014 on vacation in the beautiful apartment Loggia and felt very comfortable. The furnishings are modern and high-quality, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The apartment was in a very clean (+++++) condition. From booking to handover/acceptance, everything went smoothly, which is very pleasant. Although we unfortunately had no snow in the area, we were able to start many activities from here. Hikes, sauna visit (day tickets are available in some hotels, e.g. Hotel Riessersee, in the village), excursions. We can definitely recommend the apartment and would love to vacation here again.

Beautiful, modern, and well-equipped apartment in a quiet location. Ideal starting point for hikes to the Partnach Gorge and into the Reintal. Friendly support, (only) when arriving by train it is a bit cumbersome to get the key.

- great holiday apartment with beautiful balconies in two directions - new, modern kitchen and separate "guest toilet" - underground parking space is great (note only up to 1.90 height) - very clean holiday apartment in a good, quiet location - however, the apartment smells a bit of smoke/stove air - there are no storage options for suitcases, bags, drinks, shoes, etc. - also, there is too little space in the closets (only one clothes rail and one shelf each)

This year we spent Christmas in the beautiful Alpenloggia. The apartment was just as beautiful as in the pictures. It was equipped with a lot of love and taste. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen island was great. We could finally prepare a really elaborate Christmas dinner in this kitchen. Unfortunately, the Nespresso coffee machine was broken, but it was replaced the next day. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. It felt really comfortable in it. The small loggia is a must for lingering in the first rays of sunshine. The area is very quiet. (Especially important at night.) From the living room, you look out of the large window directly at the lit Olympic ski jump. From the balcony, you can see the ski slope. Buses 1/2 leave every half hour from the Alpenstrasse stop to the Partenkirchen or Garmisch center. (10-minute drive). Along the Partnach riverbank, you can also walk to the town.

We spent some very nice days here and felt very comfortable all around!!! Very good location, both the district Partenkirchen and Garmisch can be easily reached on foot. The apartment offers all the comforts and has enough space for 4 adults. We will gladly come back!
