Just arrived and yet still right at home. That holds true for the Alpen Loggia apartment in summer and in winter alike. This apartment offers 84 square meters, broken down into three rooms, offering plenty of space and also, in particular an end-to-end cosy atmosphere.
The Alpen Loggia apartment really is highly attractive and its guests enthuse about it time and time again: Not only the Olympic ski jumping hill, which comes into the limelight every year during the Vierschanzentournee, is located in the direct proximity, as is the entrance to the Partnachklamm, the bottom of the valley, more than 700 meters long, and which has been declared a natural monument. All of the other destinations at the bottom of the Zugspitze can be easily reached.

On warm summer evenings this apartment’s balcony is also a welcome feature, and it also offers plenty of space, as does the rest of the apartment. It’s the perfect place to relax at the end of a wonderful day.
On cold winter days, skiers love the glowing fire in the wood-burning stove . This is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of hot tea or a glass of fine red wine in the evening, letting the day draw peacefully to a close, and it is also a great place for book-lovers to have a bit of a read.
Alpen Loggia is perfect for the whole family
Alpen Loggia can be used by up to four people, and is thus also perfect for a family with two children. It offers a box spring double bed as well as two separate beds .
Holiday-makers will enjoy the state-of-the-art equipment. Alpen Loggia is fully equipped and geared to its guests needs. The kitchen, which is also located in the living area, has a refined design and a practical cooking island which joins on to the dining table.
Of course, it offers everything from a fridge through to an oven, also including everything from a toaster to a coffee machine - everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or tea. If you love cooking and want to enjoy your meals together, then Alpen Loggia is perfect for you.
Own car parking place
The living area is equipped with a Sat/cable TV as well as a DVD and CD player and a stereo system. It goes without saying that the apartment also has Internet access. The apartment has a shower with WC and also a separate toilet. The smallest members of the family are also catered for with a cot and high chair.
An underground parking space is available for your car, which means you will not have any problems finding a parking space.

Obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben und außerhalb der Bürozeiten anreisten hat die Schlüsselübergabe über den Tresor super und unkompliziert geklappt.

Hallo liebes Ehepaar Mahr, auf diesem Wege wollen wir uns für die netten 2 Wochen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen in der schönen Ferienwohnnung bedanken. Es war alles perfekt: die Gastfreundschaft, die schöne und ruhige Wohnung, die nette Umgebung, die Nähe zu Innsbruck usw. Die zwei Wochen kamen uns viel zu kurz vor.

Wir haben im Februar 2014 eine Woche Urlaub in der schönen Wohnung Loggia verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und hochwertig, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen (+++++) Zustand. Von der Buchung bis hin zur Übergabe/Abnahme verlief alles reibunglos, was sehr angenehm ist. Obwohl wir leider keinen Schnee im Ort hatten, konnten wir viele Aktivitäten von hier aus starten. Wanderungen, Saunabesuch (Tagestickets gibt es in einigen Hotels, z.B Hotel Riessersee, im Ort), Ausflüge. Wir können die Wohnung aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen und möchten gerne nochmal hier Urlaub machen.

Nach einer langen Anreise sind wir (4 Berliner) herzlich von Frau Weber empfangen worden. Schon beim Eintreten in unsere "Wohnung auf Zeit" haben wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles ist ausreichend vorhanden (Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe etc.). Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Wohnung super sauber geputzt war. Hier also einen herzlichen Dank an die fleißigen Helfer im Hintergrund. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus usw. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch unsere vielen Wanderungen haben wir oft vor der Haustür begonnen bzw. den kostenlosen Bus benutzt.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Wir haben alles genau so angetroffen, wie es beschrieben war. Schon vorher hatten wir durch die Bilder einen guten Eindruck bekommen und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert. Alles war sehr neu in der Wohnung und top gepflegt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Wer gerne kocht, kann das hier problemlos tun. Die Wohnung ist durch die großen Fenster sehr hell. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich im großen Wohnzimmer wunderbar aufhalten, lesen, Fernsehen (großer Flat TV übrigens auch im Schlafzimmer) oder einfach nur aus dem Fenster schauen. Das Bad und Gäste Bad sind ebenfalls perfekt, sehr sauber und Geschmackvoll. Die Schlafzimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Betten und ausreichend Stauraum. Die Lage war für uns ideal! Das Auto haben wir praktisch nur zum Einkaufen benötigt sonst stand es in der Tiefgarage. Fußläufig sind das Skistadion

After a long journey, we (4 Berliners) were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Weber. As soon as we entered our "temporary home," we instantly felt comfortable. The apartment is very high quality and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is sufficiently available (dishes, glasses, pots, etc.). It is worth mentioning that the apartment was super clean. So, a big thank you to the hardworking helpers in the background. We can only recommend the apartment. Shopping, buses, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. We often started our many hikes right outside the front door or used the free bus. We will definitely come back.

This year we spent Christmas in the beautiful Alpenloggia. The apartment was just as beautiful as in the pictures. It was equipped with a lot of love and taste. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen island was great. We could finally prepare a really elaborate Christmas dinner in this kitchen. Unfortunately, the Nespresso coffee machine was broken, but it was replaced the next day. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. It felt really comfortable in it. The small loggia is a must for lingering in the first rays of sunshine. The area is very quiet. (Especially important at night.) From the living room, you look out of the large window directly at the lit Olympic ski jump. From the balcony, you can see the ski slope. Buses 1/2 leave every half hour from the Alpenstrasse stop to the Partenkirchen or Garmisch center. (10-minute drive). Along the Partnach riverbank, you can also walk to the town.

We spent some very nice days here and felt very comfortable all around!!! Very good location, both the district Partenkirchen and Garmisch can be easily reached on foot. The apartment offers all the comforts and has enough space for 4 adults. We will gladly come back!

We spent a week's holiday in the beautiful Loggia flat in February 2014 and felt very comfortable.
The furnishings are modern and of high quality, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The flat was in a very clean (+++++) condition. From booking to handover/acceptance everything went smoothly, which is very pleasant. Although we unfortunately had no snow in the village, we were able to start many activities from here. Hikes, sauna visits (day tickets are available in some hotels, e.g. Hotel Riessersee, in the village), excursions. We can definitely recommend the flat and would like to spend another holiday here.
