Description

In this holiday apartment you will find a cozy seating area with a couch, large flat screen TV and a dining area for 4 people in the living/dining room. The living room has direct access to the large lawn with seating areas for dining and relaxing outdoors. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bunk bed (each 0.90 x 2.00 m). The bright, open fitted kitchen has: stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, towel heater, underfloor heating and a hairdryer.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for younger guests.

There is a parking space at the house.

The apartment can also be combined with the Sonnenschein and Wolkenlos apartments, ideal for larger families. The lovingly designed garden of the house is divided into many small retreat oases, which invite you to relax in comfort with a pavilion, several barbecue areas, seating areas, beach chairs, fire bowls, hammocks and armchairs. There are also ball games, climbing frames, swings and table tennis available on the spacious property for all active guests, young and old.

In the accommodation, there could be more dishes available - it is hardly possible to use the dishwasher.

Great holiday apartment. Everything new and in order. Quiet. Super beautiful fenced garden with a swing. Good starting point for bike tours and explorations of the island. Thank you very much.

There is nothing special to "complain" about the management company PAS or their employees; there was reliable information on everything, prompt responses to inquiries, and the key handover and return went smoothly. The only thing that could have been more empathetic was the friendliness in direct conversation. Maybe we just expected to be "showered" with sympathy due to our own anticipation of the holiday. But basically, everything was fine. Regarding the apartment, we found the fly screen on the patio door damaged; therefore, it could only fulfill its function inadequately. The kitchen utensils are really sparsely available, and a few more spices should also be in stock. Especially, the blind in the bedroom should actually be a blackout blind. Otherwise, the morning sun immediately wakes you up after its early appearance. So far, so good. All in all, a solid TWO.
