Description

This cozy holiday apartment on the ground floor of the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location, just a few steps from the sea and the beach.

A large living room with an open kitchen and a terrace with beautiful garden furniture await you!

A cozy bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people await you.

The pretty bathroom has a shower and toilet.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.

Enjoy walks on the beach and the proximity to the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!

There is a parking space for the apartment at the house.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse, die alles bietet, was man so braucht. Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar und die Ausstattung gut. Die Wohnung und das Bad sind auch barrierearm!

Pay a bit more attention to the corners and edges during cleaning, and then it's great. The sofa bed could be replaced with a proper bed, as unfortunately, you can't really rest on it. The PAS team is awesome and quick... super.

We felt extremely comfortable, as in other apartments in this complex. And we will definitely come back! However, a few little things caught our attention: It would be great if dish soap were always included in the basic equipment. And at least one roll of kitchen paper and trash bags. These are not major investments, but it helps if they are there from the beginning and you don't have to drive to Kirchdorf by car to buy these items. A note in the booking documents about the very hidden parking lot would also be great. We arrived at night and didn't immediately install the app, so the parking lot was unfindable for us upon arrival. Otherwise, everything was very fine again and now there is also Wi-Fi in the apartments. Great! Greetings to our favorite island from Anne, Cäci, Christian, and Henrik from Dresden.
