The apartment is very pretty in furnishings and colors. We wondered who paid such attention to the harmony between everything. It would be nice to have little tables next to the bed; the wall shelf is difficult to reach without having to get up. We would gladly like to come back again.

Very nice apartment, right on the promenade and 2 minutes to the Baltic Sea. Everything is very well maintained and tidy, even the beach is cleaned every day. The only criticism is the large bike storage room that can be reached via a very steep staircase. Despite the existing ramp, we could not use it.

Since the accommodation is offered for 4 people, the sofa bed could be a bit wider/more comfortable. Otherwise, the equipment of the accommodation and the complex is really good. We took our recycling to the bins at the harbor. If there was a bin available at the complex itself, it would surely motivate more people to separate their waste. When I called about problems with the washing machine, I was referred to the caretaker, whose number was not found in the accommodation. I would have liked the staff to contact the caretaker and have him call us back.

We were already in the "Seehase" app in 2019 and would not have booked again if we hadn't liked it. Some of the criticisms written in the guestbook I cannot understand. People are sometimes not satisfied with anything. Our vacation was overshadowed by the reports on the current situation. We were allowed to leave 2 days early. But we want to come back. In 2018, we also had an app on the island of Poel. Also a domicile that falls under your responsibility. Everything was perfect there too. Thanks to PAS!

Since the accommodation is offered for 4 people, the sofa bed could be a bit wider/more comfortable. Otherwise, the equipment of the accommodation and the facility is really good. We brought our recycling trash to the bins at the harbor. If there was a bin available at the facility itself, it would certainly motivate more people to separate their trash.
When calling about problems with the washing machine, we were referred to the caretaker, but his number was not found in the accommodation. I would have wished for the employee to contact the caretaker and have him call us back.

On the whole, we liked it very much. I missed 2 - 3 hooks in the kitchen (for towels, pot holders, etc.). Additionally, I missed a proper bedside table and a shelf in the hallway or living room.

The apartment was very clean! We were there during the Advent season and it was even decorated for Christmas. Everything you need is available. The apartment is cozy and the infrared sauna is a highlight especially in the cold winter. We were all thrilled.

We felt very comfortable. The staff help immediately if there are any problems. My husband was ill and through the help of a very friendly staff member I was able to continue using another holiday flat until we could go home. Thank you again for the quick help! We will be happy to come again!
