Description

This luxury holiday apartment over 2 levels with approx. 75 m² on the 1st floor (with elevator) in the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.

A beautiful living room with an open kitchen, visually separated from the living room, with dining area, sofa bed and a balcony that faces the harbor and a guest toilet await you on the first level!

Two spacious bedrooms in the attic, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!

There is a parking space for your car directly at the house.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Non-smoking apartment, pets allowed!

The holiday apartment can be booked with a minimum rental period of 3 nights!

The apartment is very nicely furnished and was impeccably cleaned. The location is also excellent, the view from the balcony of the harbor was great. The only point of criticism in the apartment was the condition of the dishwasher. The upper basket was partially rusted, so we preferred to wash our dishes by hand. This should be urgently addressed. If we had traveled with the whole family and had more dishes to wash, we would not have accepted it like this. This does not match the otherwise impeccable and high-quality impression of the apartment and the entire complex. Unfortunately, we did not receive the promised SMS that we can move into the apartment.

The dining chairs have aged quite a bit and have become unsightly. On the balcony, there are 3 swallow nests from which some droppings fall onto the chairs on the balcony. It would be helpful to place a board under the nests. A second hairdryer in the second bathroom would be very good. Otherwise, the vacation apartment is top-notch in every respect.

Upon our arrival, we searched for the sauna; it is listed under general on your website. In my opinion, that is misleading. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it.
