Description

From the living room with dining area you can access the sunny balcony with garden furniture and a high-quality Napoleon electric grill.

The bedroom with a double bed and another room with a double bed offer space for 4 people for a relaxing night's sleep.
In 2022, all rooms were equipped with insect screens.

The open kitchen has all the necessary amenities such as a refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and many other high-quality equipment. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A free internet connection is available to you.

In the living room you are not only welcomed by a comfortable seating area, but also a 50 inch TV, Blue-Ray player and a mini stereo system with everything that is popular these days (Blue-Ray, DVD, CD, MP3, USB port, Bluetooth). A children's travel cot, children's plates and children's cutlery are available for our little guests. The children's high chair can be booked directly from PAS.

In the house there is a communal cellar with a sauna (coin-operated sauna), table football and table tennis table, washing machine and dryer. A parking space is available at the house.

Smoking is not permitted!!! Pets are allowed! The garden can be used by all tenants.

The apartment was basically clean, very cozy furnished, and super equipped. Unfortunately, there was a somewhat unpleasant smell in the bathroom with the window open; we think this smell came from the tree outside the window. Some touch-ups could be done in the shower (black mold spots in the lower area) and in the window frames. In fact, we are talking about complaining at a very high level here. We noticed very positively that there was no smell of pets even though they are allowed in the apartment (we also had our four-legged friend with us) and no pet hair was visible. Unfortunately, it is still often assumed that dog owners also like to live in a dog bed and do not take hygiene very seriously. Upon our arrival, the key safe was defective, so we called the emergency number and were able to pick up the key immediately. It would have been possible to send an SMS in advance to inform the vacationers accordingly. We would be happy to come back! Thank you to the entire organizing team! :)

Praise: We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was very clean, quiet, and tastefully and cozily furnished. Everything we needed was available. We were generally satisfied with PAS' service. Several emails to me were friendly and inviting, so I already felt welcome before my arrival. I also really appreciated that we received all the important phone numbers in case we found ourselves in an emergency. Criticism: Since we booked very early, I found it unfortunate that I only received informative emails a few days before our arrival. We were supposed to book additional service packages up to 7 days before arrival. However, I only received the emails 4-5 days before arrival. Criticism:

Praise: We felt very comfortable in the flat. It was very clean, quietly located and tastefully and comfortably furnished. Everything we needed was available.
