Storage in the kitchen with inadequate ventilation was very unfavorable; clothes smelled like "kitchen." Lighting conditions in the kitchen were poor; settings on the stove could only be seen with a flashlight, and there was no light strip under the kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, there was not enough workspace available. The height of the pretty sofa did not match the dining table. Tableware was partially severely reduced: only one bowl was available, more drinking cups would be desirable, cutlery was limited, and all glasses did not match; only two different beer glasses were available, and we found the wine glasses to be unsuitable. The living room looked very bare, no cozy effect despite the beautiful and well-functioning fireplace. The cleanliness throughout the apartment was excellent. We were very pleased with the welcome gift, the message, and the card. Stocking the refrigerator went well. The beautiful, well-maintained bathroom with a window and plenty of space deserves special mention. The lovely view of Kirchsee is truly impressive. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very clearly not right here! If the term stylish is advertised, it should also be reflected in reality.

Beautifully located with a view of the Kirchsee and surrounded by blooming rapeseed fields in May. Cozy living room, partly with wooden floors, it really feels like being transported back to childhood times. The apartment is well furnished, everything you need is there, beautiful modern bathroom with washing machine, cozy bed and great living kitchen. The fenced garden was practical, as I was traveling with a dog. The landlords welcomed me very nicely with a small bottle of sparkling wine and delicious jam, thanks again for that ; o) Super support by the Poel Apartment Service, you could have had the fridge filled and used the bread service. So an all-around successful holiday. The island of Poel is always worth a visit!

We felt very comfortable in Einhusen. The location was perfect for us. We only missed large glasses (for beer or water) and large mugs (for coffee or tea) in the accommodation. The whole house and everything that comes with it is very well maintained. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. I was very satisfied with the booking service. I had to reschedule due to Corona, and that worked wonderfully and very quickly, thank you very much!

That was our second stay in this apartment. A tip: a second trash can would be useful for trash separation. The very soft box spring beds and oversized blankets are surely well-intentioned, but not really suitable for older people. Nevertheless, a completely successful holiday!

The location of the house is quiet and idyllic and we liked it a lot. The fly screens in front of the windows turned out to be very useful. The apartment is relatively large, but the room layout is somewhat unusual. Criticism: The interior door to the bedroom does not close.

The host family Koch is wonderful. But I also really liked the entire support from PAS. Friendly, reliable, smooth communication. A big compliment at this point!!

For us, it was a very relaxing vacation. It was nice and quiet, especially since the upper apartment was not occupied. We did not find the street disturbing at all, even though we had concerns about it at first. Mrs. Koch was very helpful and friendly. Einhusen is very centrally located, with short distances in all directions. We would love to come back.

Extremely tasteful decor, comfortable, well thought out. You can really relax here. However, the prices are only affordable during the absolute off-season; a planned stay over New Year's 2023/24, where we wanted to vacation together with our children and rent both apartments, unfortunately cannot be realized. Minor comments on the apartment: - The water from the kettle is not taste-neutral - it somehow tastes like plastic. - The rotary switches of the floor lamp in the living room are loose and can hardly be operated. If you pull them off, you can still turn the lamp on and off with your fingernail or a screwdriver. If something new is purchased here, I would wish for a dimmable lamp. You can only make very bright light everywhere - a bit uncomfortable. I managed in the kitchen by unscrewing the light above the table. - The small table lamp next to the television is defective. - When trying to watch DVDs, we were only able to bring a greatly reduced image to the television. All attempts to set a full screen failed. Maybe we were just not smart enough. - The stove is very difficult to get started. Once the fire is burning, there is no problem. Some smaller kindling would be helpful here. - The mattresses were too soft for our taste. But that varies from guest to guest. - The CD player often skipped, even with disks that run smoothly at home. Maybe a cleaning CD could help the device. Aside from these minor imperfections, we were once again very satisfied in the "Gute Stube" (Good Parlor). It's great that the faucet and sink in the kitchen have been replaced!! - I really liked the many storage options in the cabinets and sideboards, the fully equipped kitchen, and the tasteful decor in general. The view outside - simply fantastic!

It has been just great and, although not particularly cheap, is a great property. Even when we couldn't find the apartment when we arrived, the PAS employee on the phone was friendly and calm, even though it was closing time. She waited until we had found it and contacted us again. That's really great. Thank you
