Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder. Ev noch ein paar Haken im Schlafzimmer um Kleiderbügel mit Sachen zum lüften aufzuhängen.

Die Betten waren, unerwartet, schon bezogen . Und es sind nun auch Sofadecken für die Gäste vorhanden, die konnten wir in diesem Jahr gut gebrauchen ;-) Immer wieder sehr schön in der Wohnung.

Alles ok, sehr gut ist die erneuerte Dusche mit tiefem Einstieg und die neue Toilette. Praktisch ist auch der W-Lan Zugang.

Super Unterkunft und Lage. Noch schöner wäre es, man könnte den Schlüssel bei Abreise einfach in der Wohnung lassen. Die Abgabe am Büro ist ohne Auto und am Sonntag leider sehr umständlich.

The owners really made an effort to help guests navigate the apartment and appliances through small notes or hints. We have never found everything so well organized before, from coffee filters to cleaning supplies and toilet paper. CRITICISM: VERY EARLY or LATE KEY HANDOVER, ARRIVAL AT 4 PM, DEPARTURE AT 10.00 AM and not even on-site, but at "Schwarzen Busch".

The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. Only the parking space was extremely tight, and because there were bushes on the left side, getting in and out was very cramped. The solution would be to remove the bushes so that you could at least get in and out easily.

The apartment is very nice and perfectly located. The view from the balcony of the marina and Kirchsee delighted us every day. The technical equipment only gets a 3 because there are various small defects: 1. The position of the shower was not stable but "wandered" towards the wall during showering. We had to stabilize it provisionally with an adhesive hook and a string. 2. The flush button of the toilet sometimes jammed and had to be manually reset. 3. The Scart cable of the DVD player did not fit properly. It was loose (bad contact) and could not be fixed. 4. Sharp peeling knives would be helpful. 5. As tea drinkers, we missed a clean teapot that does not leave a coffee taste in the tea. We will still be happy to come back, as the location, the layout of the apartment, and the view have compensated for the small defects. The furnishings are also stylish and cozy.

The flat is very beautiful and perfectly located. The view of the marina and Kirchsee from the balcony delighted us every day.
The technical equipment only gets a 3 because there are several small deficiencies:
1. The position of the shower was not stable, but "moved" to the wall when showering. We had to stabilise it temporarily with a hook and a strap.
2. The toilet's flush button sometimes jammed and had to be reset manually.
3. The scart cable of the DVD player did not fit properly. It was loose (loose contact) and could not be fixed.
4. Sharp paring knives would be helpful.
5. As tea drinkers, we missed a clean teapot that did not leave a coffee taste in the tea.
Nevertheless, we will gladly come back because the location, the layout of the flat and the view compensated us for the small deficiencies.
The furnishings are also stylish and cosy.
