We really enjoyed the vacation again. We had wished that my husband didn't have to fix the toilet seat first.

We have lived in this apartment before, nice that there is now also a small dishwasher...

We felt very comfortable with you. The layout of the apartment is perfect and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. If we may point it out: the balcony door needs to be adjusted because it is very stiff. The handover of the keys went smoothly upon arrival and departure. When a refrigerator had to be replaced, we even received a substitute for that period. Thanks again to the nice gentleman who brought it to us. The beautiful view of the harbor and the wonderful tranquility also pleased us very much. We would love to come back.

It was very clean and very well equipped. Only a few tablets from the previous guest were still in the kitchen. The windows were somewhat difficult to open, and the balcony door stuck. The location was great; everything was within walking distance or accessible by bike. Thank you, we would love to come back.

We were now in the apartment for the 4th time and always enjoy coming back. Great view of the water, quiet location, and everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable.

No squeegee in the shower. It would be nice if there was a dishwasher. Very nice view from the balcony. We felt very comfortable.

Everything you need is there. The remote control for the TV sometimes responded a bit slowly.

We felt very comfortable, would love to come again. Maybe a few more hooks in the bedroom to hang clothes with things to air out.

The beds were, unexpectedly, already made. And there are now also sofa blankets for the guests, which we could really use this year ;-) Always very nice in the apartment.

Everything is okay, the renewed shower with a low entry and the new toilet are very good. The Wi-Fi access is also practical.

Super accommodation and location. It would be even better if you could just leave the key in the apartment upon departure. Returning it at the office is very inconvenient without a car, especially on a Sunday.

The parking space belonging to the apartment was unfortunately poorly accessible due to a pile of bark mulch. The overgrown greenery made it difficult to recognize the parking boundaries of the small parking spaces.

The owners really made an effort to help guests navigate the apartment and appliances through small notes or hints. We have never found everything so well organized before, from coffee filters to cleaning supplies and toilet paper. CRITICISM: VERY EARLY or LATE KEY HANDOVER, ARRIVAL AT 4 PM, DEPARTURE AT 10.00 AM and not even on-site, but at "Schwarzen Busch".

The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. Only the parking space was extremely tight, and because there were bushes on the left side, getting in and out was very cramped. The solution would be to remove the bushes so that you could at least get in and out easily.

The apartment is very nice and perfectly located. The view from the balcony of the marina and Kirchsee delighted us every day. The technical equipment only gets a 3 because there are various small defects: 1. The position of the shower was not stable but "wandered" towards the wall during showering. We had to stabilize it provisionally with an adhesive hook and a string. 2. The flush button of the toilet sometimes jammed and had to be manually reset. 3. The Scart cable of the DVD player did not fit properly. It was loose (bad contact) and could not be fixed. 4. Sharp peeling knives would be helpful. 5. As tea drinkers, we missed a clean teapot that does not leave a coffee taste in the tea. We will still be happy to come back, as the location, the layout of the apartment, and the view have compensated for the small defects. The furnishings are also stylish and cozy.

The flat is very beautiful and perfectly located. The view of the marina and Kirchsee from the balcony delighted us every day.
The technical equipment only gets a 3 because there are several small deficiencies:
1. The position of the shower was not stable, but "moved" to the wall when showering. We had to stabilise it temporarily with a hook and a strap.
2. The toilet's flush button sometimes jammed and had to be reset manually.
3. The scart cable of the DVD player did not fit properly. It was loose (loose contact) and could not be fixed.
4. Sharp paring knives would be helpful.
5. As tea drinkers, we missed a clean teapot that did not leave a coffee taste in the tea.
Nevertheless, we will gladly come back because the location, the layout of the flat and the view compensated us for the small deficiencies.
The furnishings are also stylish and cosy.

The flat was very nice and had everything we needed. Only the parking space was extremely narrow and because there were bushes to the left, it was very difficult to get in.
The solution would be if the bushes were gone, then you could at least still get in and out well.
