Man merkt dem PAS Team an, dass sie die Betreuung der Fewo mit Freude machen. Die Fewo ist praktisch eingerichtet und für ein paar Tage genau richtig.

Schön wäre es, wenn noch zwei Wolldecken vorhanden wären, um bei kalten Nächten diese über das Bett zu legen oder als zudecken auf dem Sofa

Alles war wie in den vergangenen Jahren bei AVIP - Gut! Bettanlage noch Senioren komfortabel einrichten 50cm Höhe wäre toll !! Aber sonst einfach Gut *****

Sehr schöne, und um diese Zeit sehr ruhige Unterkunft mit schönem Blick auf die Wismarer Bucht. Die ganze ferienanlage am Yachthafen ist gut gepflegt.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter die einen auch mal ganz schnell bei einem Mißgeschick (Schlüssel innen stecken gelassen) aus der Klemme helfen.Innerhalb von 10 Min. ganz lieben Dank nochmal dafür.

This was now my 10th holiday in the residence at the marina, each time in different apartments, depending on availability. When booking, I thought that based on the pictures, the apartment would be very spartanly furnished! But it was almost perfect! Almost everything you need on vacation was there, well thought out and structured. The only thing that might have been missing for me was a clock in the living room and a liquid measuring cup. The bathroom renovation, including the unnecessary storage room, was also very well done. When picking up the keys at the PAS office, it would have been good to have had the information in advance that you can drive directly to the office at Am Schwarzen Busch! Because I had to get a parking ticket for the 20 minutes specifically and the way to the office is not easy to walk for people with knee osteoarthritis. Otherwise, it was two beautiful weeks with wonderful weather and we will definitely come back to the residence!

The laundry package with the blue towels we did not like so much, white was better. A dishwasher would, of course, be optimal in the apartment! It is annoying that the key handover can only be picked up or returned after business hours at the black bush in the boxes! There should be similar options available at the marina complex as well!

Hello to Poel! We had a lovely time on Poel at Easter and thank you for the uncomplicated process of renting a holiday apartment. Since it was not the first time for us, everything was not new to us. Everything was great, keep it up! Until next time!

Kitchen equipment could be a bit more diverse (for example a frying pan). The balcony should also be a bit cleaner; the cobwebs everywhere haven't been removed for a long time. It would be nice to have a normal pillow. Otherwise, a wonderful view, especially from the balcony.

We had a wonderful time on Poel over Easter and would like to thank you for the uncomplicated process of moving into a holiday flat.
