Wir kennen die Wohnung schon mehrere Jahre und wohnen immer dort, mehrmals im Jahr und kenne auch den Eigentümer, die Fam. Techel sehr gut.

We have been going to the residence or apartment "MARE" for many years. As far as the apartment is concerned, everything is fine, but the outdoor area leaves something to be desired compared to earlier. The grass in front of our balcony towards the harbor was already very high on arrival and was not mowed once in the 4 weeks we were there, and the weeds grow up to the house. The bushes and shrubs also urgently need to be pruned back, the branches sometimes grow into the balconies and block and obstruct the beautiful view. I have already spoken to the caretaker Thorsten Paetzold about this.

Perfect ambience right at the harbor, great location for exploring the island - hiking, cycling... Everything for the household available! Check-in and check-out a bit inconvenient / located in another village. Should also be better described.

Not only was the apartment very well equipped, the cleaning service did a very good job, and the caretaker service was quick to handle minor repairs. Unfortunately, the holiday was marred by 3 days of evening noise from the New Year's Eve event. Until 2021, "New Year's Eve spent on Poel" meant that a big party took place on New Year's Eve that lasted into the early morning. Totally okay! Suddenly, it's turned into 3 days and the peaceful tranquility at the Hafenresidenz is gone. Very unfortunate.

The apartment was very lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, there was an open can of dog food in the refrigerator when we arrived. That was of course not very appetizing. Otherwise, we really liked it.

The apartment is superbly located with a view of the harbor of Kirchdorf. From there, you can start many activities on foot or by bike. The equipment of the apartment is great, everything is comfortably furnished and there is plenty of storage space. The beds are very comfortable, which is also important. Thank you for the excellent care by the Poeler Appartement-Service! We always enjoy coming back to the island.

We were very happy about the text message on the day of arrival, which allowed us to check into the apartment at 2pm. That's great! The apartment is perfect, nothing was missing! And it's very nice that we were allowed to bring our dog!
