The arrival description was incorrectly described in the app, but there was still an employee on site who could help me. Accommodation was great. TOP location, parking in front of the door, and everything you need is there.

It would be great if there were a check-in and check-out mailbox for the keys also up in Kirchdorf. For arrival by public transport, the box at S. Busch is somewhat unsuitable. The apartment, the furnishings, and the preparation by the staff are wonderful! Great soft towels, the quality of the bed linen and the blanket were superb!

I am excited and will come back next year. The location Kirchdorf was ideal for me to reach the other OT by bike. The small apartment was completely sufficient. The location is quiet and yet with a view of the harbor, which is very good. The PAS team was great. The shuttle service with key handover was a real relief for train travelers. The possibility to buy a vacation apartment through PAS while also being able to use a rental service is very interesting. Next year I can think about it more concretely. Small criticism: 1. the ice compartment in the refrigerator had a thick layer of ice. I therefore did not turn off the power and opened the refrigerator door, because otherwise the defrost water would run out. 2. Unfortunately, I did not have a sunshade or similar UV protection like other balconies. Breakfast in the morning was unfortunately not pleasant.

When we arrived at the office, we were warmly greeted by the staff and our questions were answered competently. We received our documents plus keys and the apartment was very nicely furnished and very clean. We felt very comfortable, like at home; we thank you for the lovely stay.

The accommodation has a very good location, right by the harbor, with a bus stop and bakery/supermarket as well as restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Since the apartment is on the first floor, you can see all the way to Wismar across the bay. The apartment has everything you need, meaning the furnishings are satisfactory. However, it is a pity that the arrangement is rather a collection of furniture that is no longer needed. In the room, the ceiling spotlights are blue or red, the floor lamp is made of chrome, and the bedside lamps are black. A chest of drawers is made of pine, the nightstands are white, the bed is made of gray wood, a side table is black/brown, the kitchenette is white, and the half-height room divider in front (by the way, very practical) is made of light wood (but that color does not appear again). Even in the small hallway, three different wood colors were "combined": cabinet, coat rack, and shoe cabinet, no piece matches the other. Not even in the bathroom, and even the pictures on the walls, nothing suggests that anyone has thought about the ambiance... very disappointing! The stars for the accommodation's facilities consist of five stars for "Location/practical amenities" and one star for "Ambiance" divided by two. The same goes for the "Feel-good factor"; I found the bed/mattress to be very good, the balcony too, well, two stars off, see above.
