Wir haben uns in der Emmy sehr wohl gefühlt und waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal in der gleichen Wohnung. Toller Blick im 2. OG (wenn auch der Aufstieg beschwerlich ist - es lohnt sich), super Lage, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, empfehlenswert. Die Parksituation ist sehr beengt. Wenn alle Wohnungen / Parkplätze belegt sind, keine Rangiermöglichkeit. PS: Es müsste mal jemand nach den Gardinen schauen, die waren tw. aus den Schienen gerissen (Schlafzimmer und Erker).

Als Familie mit 3 Kindern (auch wenn zum Teil schon erwachsen) freue ich mich immer das es Ferienwohnungen für 5 Personen gibt. In vielen sind nur 4 Personen erlaubt obwohl 1 Kind auf der Couch schlafen könnte.

Hello, We were satisfied, the location was great, the keys to the apartment need to be renewed as they fit very poorly in the lock, the cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved a bit. Otherwise, everything was good. Best regards from home, Family Franz

A really beautiful property directly on the promenade. There are a few small things to be done (curtain in the bedroom, paint in the bathroom above the mirror, possibly new silicone joints in the shower), but overall a great stay in a lovingly restored old building. Would happily come again!

In the bathroom, we believe a few changes are appropriate. The shower separation using a shower curtain is impractical and also poses potential dangers (risk of slipping and moisture damage); a shelf option in the shower would be helpful. A door with a 2/3 glass panel as bathroom access is inappropriate, even with the interior blinds. A suitable toilet lock could also better protect privacy here. This is not complaining but merely constructive criticism.

Thank you for the DVD player. A simple spatula would be nice for the kitchen and also a new pan. The "starter pack" with dishwasher tabs and toilet paper is good too. We will definitely come back. The visitor's tax for children is outrageous, but you can't do anything about that. Perhaps you could pass it on. Thank you.

From October 21 to 26, 2023, we spent beautiful days in Ahlbeck and in the holiday apartment Emmy 2. The apartment is very centrally located and has a great view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment was handed over to us very clean and well-equipped, so we could feel completely comfortable. The booking and the key handover were very straightforward, and we also received some good tips. Thank you for everything and see you soon.

The personal contact with CSI during arrival/departure and throughout the stay is (unfortunately) somewhat reduced, but this is well managed organizationally (key box, etc.). Otherwise, everything is wonderful as every year. Thank you very much.

For the equipment, unfortunately, an egg cooker was missing, the coffee machine is also slightly defective, you have to turn it on two or three times before the coffee runs through. But otherwise, it was top-notch...
