The Villa Emmy App.01 is very clean and modern. The veranda is a dream. The location is fantastic. The landlord and the staff are very nice and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable with you. I would describe the location of the apartment as perfect. It is well laid out with plenty of space, nothing is missing, just a little more cutlery would be helpful when using the dishwasher. Spending time indoors is no problem – the beautiful veranda makes that easy. The mattress in the bedroom is wonderful, there are sufficient seating options, and a lovely view… We would love to come back.

A very nice holiday apartment, great location, and a charming old villa. Unfortunately, the beds with the flat, hard, and sagging mattresses did not bring us any joy, which is why, from our perspective, a full score is not possible.

Since the Villa Emmy has been hosting holidaymakers for several years, there is a need for action, especially in the sanitary area. The pitches are available, but their condition leaves much to be desired. The excellent location must, of course, be taken into account when considering the price. However, since we have been holidaying in Ahlbeck for seven years, there are clearly better properties available at only moderately worse locations for lower prices with better equipment. We admit that complaining at this level is trivial, as the vacation was overall beautiful and, aside from the mentioned issues, there is nothing to criticize. Best regards, Evelin and Detlef Möller

Beautiful apartment with a good location. The only negative aspect of this apartment is the low beds and the flat mattresses, as well as the weak Wi-Fi connection.
