Description
This cottage for two people in Pollença offers a living/dining room with loft bed, an open kitchen and a bathroom. The large, covered terrace is like a second living room and only adds to the relaxed, refined atmosphere. From the large sun terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley towards the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. This setting, with its very special light, will really help you to relax and enjoy your holiday. Breakfast eggs are supplied by the cottage’s own chickens, and the owners live in the main house next door, so they are on hand to offer any help or advice you may need.
You will be in the heart of the tranquil countryside, while still being close to Pollença. This little town has managed to resist the mass tourism that has taken over some areas of the island. I was drawn to its quaintness, the ancient stonework and winding lanes, and the main square with its little cafes and restaurants. The sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollença are only a 15-20 minute drive away.

For holidaymakers looking for the original Mallorca, Pollensa and the harbour town of the same name, Puerto Pollensa, are ideal retreats.
Far away from the Ballermann, varied landscapes merge with well-kept sandy beaches here. Pollensa is a good starting point for exploring the entire island and the Tramuntana mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling tours. In Puerto Pollença, the beach slopes very gently down to the water. It is therefore well suited for small children to play. Behind the yacht and fishing harbour is the long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca. It enjoys a particularly great view of the steep slopes of the Tramuntana mountains.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 57 days before the day of arrival.
- The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee. For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.
