Description
Villa Lluc is situated in a rural idyll in the immediate vicinity of Pollenca, in the middle of a beautiful mountain panorama of the Tramuntana. A special highlight is the lush garden with pool and the magnificent view over the Mediterranean surroundings. The house can accommodate up to eight people. In typical Majorcan country house style with wooden ceiling beams and a traditional tiled floor
The Finca is part of a ² large property, with many citrus fruits, almond trees, avocado trees and much more. Depending on the season, you can pick fruit directly from the tree. The house offers all-round seating and a covered terrace. The pool invites you to take a bath, it has a water depth of approx. - m and is cleaned with chlorine. The brick outside grill is simple and rustic
Whether in the morning at sunrise or in the evening under a clear starry sky, you will find a place where you would like to stay at any time of the day. The property is fenced and the finca stands alone
The two-storey house is cosy and practical. It comprises a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (two with two single beds each, two rooms with double bed) and three bathrooms. All beds are box spring beds and were newly purchased in 2017. They can be turned into double beds. The Villa Lluc is also at your disposal: Wi-Fi, an open fireplace, a children's high chair and two cots, covered terrace with barbecue and table tennis, parasols, sufficient parking are available.
The dining room is equipped for 8 persons, from here one reaches the open connected living room and also the kitchen. The kitchen is suitable for self-caterers and offers enough storage space for your groceries in the corresponding pantry. The living room offers an open fireplace, sofas and an armchair, satellite TV. From there you reach the first bedroom with a double bed with a large wardrobe and view to the pool, the bathroom with bathtub, bidet and a small window. A staircase leads up to the bedrooms, some of which are equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Two of the bedrooms have a beautiful view of the Puig de Maria, one of them has a balcony. The room with the balcony is equipped with air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A second bathroom with two washbasins, bathtub and bidet is on the upper floor. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available

The picturesque Pollenca is situated about km and thus less than 5 minutes by car away and enchants with its many small restaurants and shops that invite you to stay. A market that takes place twice a week spoils them with fresh fruit and vegetables. The fine sandy beaches in the nearby Cala Sant Vincent or Puerto de Pollenca bay are only 15 minutes away by car.

If the agreed rental period is not met, the entire rent for the duration of this contract must be paid. The tenant can take out cancellation insurance for this contract through their travel agent or insurance agent.

Unforgettable stay at Finca Luca
I would like to thank you warmly for an unforgettable stay at the beautiful Finca Lluc. From August 14th to 24th, 2023, my family and I had a fantastic holiday at Finca Lluc.
From the beginning, we felt welcome, everything was very clean and beautifully arranged. The idyllic location of the Finca in the midst of the picturesque countryside offered us an oasis of peace and relaxation. The two sheep behind the house were immediately given names by the children.
The accommodation itself left nothing to be desired. The Finca was not only tastefully furnished, but also extremely comfortable and equipped with all amenities. We particularly enjoyed the spacious terrace and the refreshing pool, which is large enough to swim laps.
The recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and beaches were excellent. We were able to make the most of our time on Mallorca and fully enjoy the various activities in the area.
The lovingly maintained garden with lemon and avocado trees, as well as the relaxed atmosphere on the estate, contributed to making this holiday an unforgettable experience for us. The care and support of Mrs. Neureither will stay in our memories for a long time, and we can highly recommend Finca Luca to friends and family.

Perfect finca holiday in a super location
The service before and during the holiday was perfect and exceptionally good. The communication between the landlady and us (2 families/4 adults, 4 children) was always possible in the shortest time

The location, view and equipment of the finca is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
The nearby towns of Pollenca and Alcudia invite you to stroll and eat out. The beaches and small bays with the breathtaking rocks and gorges offer a super change to the perfectly landscaped garden and pool of the finca.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again

Dream holiday with friends
We recently stayed in this beautiful finca near Pollenca, which offered us the opportunity to be together but also apart. There was plenty of room for 8 people - there were 5 of us
The finca is beautifully furnished in a country style - simple but inviting. Nothing was missing in the kitchen. The bedrooms - i.e. beds - were comfortable. 3 bathrooms ensured that all guests had their own realm.
We spent most of our time in the pool area or on the terrace: space and shade for everyone in this wonderful and very well-maintained garden
Possible future investments:
Ceiling fans on the terrace
Air conditioners for the bedrooms, which are still without.
In any case, we would like to visit this finca again! Pure relaxation!
