Formerly run as a hotel, the house has many amenities, such as a shared sauna, an indoor pool and a large garden. In winter, you can store your skis and ski boots in the shared ski room.

The flat has a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with seating. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

If you are planning a party or simply need more space to sit, the former restaurant area on the ground floor can be rented for a fee.

The picturesque Oberau offers a wide range of leisure activities: from hiking, cycling and e-biking to skiing and a horse-drawn carriage ride. The Drachental family park is just a 3-minute drive from the accommodation.
In summer, the outdoor pool right next to the accommodation invites you to cool off.

Poor facilities, poor service, pool ice cold, door was damaged. Cabin for 20 people but common room for 12 people, kitchen of poor quality, cooking for 20 people takes forever.

We were on the 2nd floor over Easter. 4 families including a toddler and a dog. The beds are very soft, but that was all there was to complain about. The apartment is great, plenty of space. The pool and the pizzeria in the building were great. The property management is very helpful. We had a very nice stay.

We were there as a large group consisting of several families. We had the entire second floor to ourselves and it was perfect for us. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom. There is a kitchen and a common room. The table in the common room was a bit small for everyone to eat, but with some chair shuffling, we managed to fit everyone in. The nice gentleman at the reception explained everything wonderfully and was very helpful! We would love to come back!

There is a kitchen and a common room. The table in the common room was a bit small for everyone to eat, but with some chair shifting, we managed to fit everyone in. The nice gentleman at the reception explained everything wonderfully and was very helpful! We would love to come back!

The house was very good. A great alternative for large groups. You don't find something like this often - especially for the price. The cleanliness in the apartment could be better. But after we cleaned everything and rinsed the dishes again, it was very nice 👍 it's a bit of a shame that hardly anyone on the staff speaks German. For me, it's not a problem - but the majority of my group would have been completely lost 😅 The house has a great location for all excursions and with the pizzeria on the ground floor, which offers great value for money, you're even prepared for dinner.
