Farmhouse holiday in Mallorca in a farmhouse with a pool in Pollença. The farmhouse with a pool in Pollença, with four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and beautiful outdoor areas, is the perfect villa for a family vacation or a group stay. The Finca Cana Elisa offers spacious outdoor areas with views of the Tramuntana and provides relaxation under the brilliant sun of Mallorca.
The farmhouse with a pool in Mallorca consists of a main house and a guest house. The main house has on the ground floor a large living area with an open kitchen and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom with a sun terrace and a second bathroom, with a bathtub and shower and a sauna (Electricity usage will be charged separately), is located on the upper floor.
The guesthouse offers two more bedrooms, each with its own shower bathroom.
There is a large veranda with a barbecue for social evenings. It is the perfect holiday home for a vacation with family, friends, or even for cycling groups. The finca has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter. Usage is billed according to consumption.
The beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Puerto Alcudia can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Pollensa is about 4 km away. In the finca with a pool in Pollença, you reside peacefully, in nature, and have beaches and shopping opportunities nearby.

For holidaymakers looking for the original Mallorca, Pollensa and the harbour town of the same name, Puerto Pollensa, are ideal retreats.
Far away from the Ballermann, varied landscapes merge with well-kept sandy beaches here. Pollensa is a good starting point for exploring the entire island and the Tramuntana mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling tours. In Puerto Pollença, the beach slopes very gently down to the water. It is therefore well suited for small children to play. Behind the yacht and fishing harbour is the long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca. It enjoys a particularly great view of the steep slopes of the Tramuntana mountains.

Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

The property is located in a very quiet area. In just a few minutes, you can reach Pollenca, Port de Pollenca, and Alcudia with their respective beaches. Especially on hot days, the air conditioning in the rooms is appreciated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The outdoor area has enough sun loungers for all residents. A table tennis table is also available. Overall, a well-rounded package for a relaxing holiday.

Martina is a great host. Our inquiries were responded to promptly and all "problems" were resolved immediately. We had a wonderful vacation and would come back at any time. Thank you very much for that. The property is well equipped with everything you need for a finca vacation. The two separate houses allow for a completely relaxed vacation, especially with a larger group. The finca is well located, within about. In 10 minutes by car, you are in Pollenca or at the beach.
