HOUSE LAYOUT

Spacious living room with sitting area, television, large dining / work table. Open kitchen with all amenities including a large fridge with separate freezer, Nespresso and dishwasher. The kitchen has a small bar area where you can also sit / work (maximum 2 people).

There are 3 compact bedrooms adjacent to the living room. The bathroom has a bath, walk-in rain shower and toilet. There is also a guest toilet in the hall.

The house is equipped with internet. Private parking available for 2 cars.

SURROUNDINGS

Nearby are the woods, the outdoor swimming pool and an outdoor tennis court. There is plenty to do for children and the beach is about 1900 meters away and the village of Ballum (with a small supermarket) is about 800 meters away.

Ballum is centrally located on the island. You can be on the golf course (9-hole links course and par 3 course) in Hollum in a few minutes or you can go shopping in the pleasant village of Nes by bike.
