- Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen in cosy living / dining room incl. wood-burning stove, bedroom with 2 single beds, barrier-free bathroom with shower / WC, terrace and garden
- Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (1 DB each), bathroom with tub / WC and sauna
- DG: 1 bedroom on the gallery with 2 single beds
Equipment: Free internet DSL flatrate, SAT-TV, DVD/Blue-ray, stereo with MP3 and IPod/Phone interface, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, toaster) and espresso machine, washing machine, complete first equipment of linen, 1 baby travel cot and 1 high chair (please register both when booking), terrace furniture and sunshade.

Nestled between meadows, rape fields and the Bodden lies the small holiday village "Puddeminer Wiek".
Only a few steps separate the property from the namesake Bodden "Puddeminer Wiek" with its small harbour and gastronomy.
A variety of leisure activities await you.
Bicycles, a playground for children, table tennis, a ball court, water sports, a golf course or horseback riding are available or nearby. On Germany's largest island, you will find a breathtaking landscape that invites you to linger with its seemingly endless, fine-sand beaches or secluded bays.
But it is away from the sandcastles, piers and promenades of the Baltic resorts that guests discover the real Rügen. Anyone visiting the island for the first time immediately senses the apparent contrasts, the dramatic alternation between gentle hills and rugged cliffs, as already expressed by Caspar David Friedrich, as well as the tranquil heath and the roaring autumn lake. The play of colours in the landscape, the dark, silent beech forests, the glistening white chalk cliffs or the lush green of the meadows is equally fascinating.

Super comfortable with the wallbox at home
We were looking for a nice accommodation in a quiet location. It was important to us to have an easy charging option for our electric car. We found that here, so we could start all our trips directly. The sauna in the evening and the crackling fireplace were also nice.

Great Christmas with the family
Great accommodation in a very beautiful location that left nothing to be desired. We all felt very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. Very good and high quality furnishings (here it would be advantageous to mention on the internet that a hairdryer and iron are available).

Very disappointed the second time!!!
We were there for the first time in 2017...and were thrilled. That's why we booked early again for 2018...and were hugely disappointed. The great caretaker service including wood delivery was discontinued, but we only found out after we had already paid for everything. Then we arrived to find a locked door because the wrong key was left, and we couldn't reach anyone at first! The quality of the house has significantly declined and was downright dirty in various places. Disassembled smoke detectors were lying around everywhere. The WiFi didn't work at first. There were various things that were actually unacceptable. When the owners were alerted to the lack of cleanliness after 4 days, they did not respond at all. We had to read and communicate the meter readings upon arrival and departure to the owner via WhatsApp. So he has no work with it, but then he rips us off with outrageous consumption prices! Unbelievable! We only received the billing of consumption costs and refund of the partial deposit after asking again. And when we subsequently complained about the very unpleasant situation as a whole, we were accused of only being interested in our financial advantage and were asked to refrain from further bookings. Absolutely outrageous! If the owner does not feel like taking care of his house properly, then he should be prohibited from renting it out. We have stayed in many holiday homes, but we have never experienced anything like this! ! !

Sehr geehrte Frau Huber,
wir bedanken uns für die zahlreichen Anregungen und Hinweise. Die Lage des Hauses hat sich seit November 2017 nicht geändert. Wir sind 4- bis 5-mal im Jahr vor Ort, um die Ausstattung zu überprüfen und ggf. Reparaturen oder Erneuerungen vorzunehmen, sowie Ausstattungen, die in der Zwischenzeit verschwunden sind, zu Ergänzen. Unser letzter Besuch war Ende September 2018, zu diesem Zeitpunkt war alles in Ordnung.
Seit Ihrem letzten Besuch im November 2017 haben wir die Fassade streichen lassen, einen modernen Saunaofen - jetzt auch mit Dampffunktion - installiert und die Zudecken, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher erneuert. Aktuell (Januar 2019) sind wir vor Ort, um die Erneuerungen für 2019 zu planen und die Grundreinigung zu begleiten.
Von dem Hausmeister musste sich das Feriendorf Puddeminer Wiek bedauerlicherweise wegen Vertrauensmissbrauch Ende September 2018 trennen, was eine komplette Neustrukturierung erforderlich machte. Seit 2014 rechnen wir den Strom- und Gasverbrauch zu unveränderten Preisen ab. Für Buchungen ab dem 01.10.2018 sind die Preise mittlerweile inklusive der Verbrauchskosten, sodass für neue Buchungen eine Abrechnung der Verbrauchskosten entfällt.
Wir freuen uns, dass wir ab Februar 2019 auch einen Kaminholzservice anbieten können, hierzu kann das Kaminholz telefonisch bestellt werden – die Abrechnung wird direkt mit dem Kaminholzservice vorgenommen.
Reklamationen bezüglich der Sauberkeit sind am Anreisetag unter Nennung der konkreten Mängel möglich. Unsere Reinigungsfirma wird die Mängel dann beseitigen.
Wir als Eigentümer des Ferienhauses Eibe 1 sind stets bemüht, unseren Gästen ein schönes Urlaubserlebnis zu ermöglichen und legen viel Wert auf die Ausstattung des Hauses. Das hohe Niveau unseres Ferienhauses wird uns auch kontinuierlich durch liebevolle Eintragungen der Gäste in unserem Gästebuch bestätigt. Unabhängig davon wird es immer einzelne Gäste geben, deren Ansprüchen wir nicht genügen.
