The comfort thatched-roof terraced house with approx. 80 sqm is flooded with light from the beginning to the end of the year due to its S/SW location.
This ensures a cosy feeling during the day, even in winter, and thanks to a crackling fireplace, also in the evening.
Due to the thatched roof, the indoor climate can be described as pleasant at any time of the year.
The guest can also use the house's own grounds for further personal development.
A flat screen TV, internet radio, DVD/Blue Ray player, WLAN/LAN, etc. complete the picture for the living/dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom includes a large shower where you can comfortably indulge in the wet element and where underfloor heating is integrated for further well-being.
Many other extras are already present that you do not need to take/get unnecessarily.

Location and surroundings of object
Here in the south, away from the crowds of tourists, you can find peace and quiet in an idyllic location. The natural beaches (Palmer Ort, Rosengarten, etc.) can be used optimally here in summer, as they are never overcrowded. Hiking and cycling tours can be started directly from the accommodation. In 3 min. you are at Port Puddemin, where there is a restaurant with a view of the water. In 6 min. you are in Poseritz, where there is a dairy with homemade products (curd cheese, yoghurt, cakes, etc.). More restaurant tips (Italian, in 5 min. by car) on arrival. Just around the corner you can buy your own eggs, jam, fruit and vegetables (seasonal) from private farms. Furthermore, there are some organic farms and an organic baker nearby. Firewood is available on request on site!
A supermarket (EDEKA), bakery, hairdresser, mustard factory, kebab shop, pharmacy, bank, etc., can be found in the nearest town of Garz (5 minutes). The next bigger town is the Hanseatic city of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site), which you cannot miss visiting in 20 minutes, even at night (restaurants, bars, etc.). Just like the old Hanseatic and university town of Greifswald, which is easy to reach by car ferry (April to the end of September) or via Stralsund! All other destinations, such as Binz, Sellin, Göhren and so on, can be reached stress-free from here in 20-35 minutes along the wonderful avenue roads.

Every season has its special charm here in the south of Rügen.
"Winter impresses with its lightly snow-covered fields, icy shores, Bodden and lakes, with an astonishing number of sunny days. Spring awakens with the arrival of the cranes and its first flowery harbingers. This invites the first great exploration of nature on the island. From the spring-summer transition period, well into late summer, in some years there is an opportunity to breathe in and see a little Tuscan/Provence flair. Then the gently rolling fields and meadows are sporadically lush with flowers
Summer will treat the sun-seeking visitor to beach pleasures, an island-typical selection of special fragrances and pleasant quiet nights. The post-harvest period, with its bales of hay, remnants of cornstalks and other grasses ,lingers pleasantly for a long time.
Autumn finally ushers in the quiet fading of the ageing splendour of colour and ends with the departure of the cranes to distant climes. The falling leaves bid them farewell with gentle or stormy rustles, as a kind of thanksgiving for their repeated stay on this beautiful island."
Of course, there is also "bad" weather here, but according to our experience, this is very rarely permanent here in the south during seasonally different stays.

Clear recommendation
Puddemin, a small manageable place. There is still peace on the front, exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful lonely beaches, such as Palmer Wald, are in the immediate vicinity. For a few days of relaxation, my destination was the perfect place. The house is as described, nothing was missing.

Beautiful little house
A very beautiful semi-detached house (actually a quartet house ;-)) with a very nice garden in a very well-kept complex. The house is also top equipped with high-quality things and - very important - the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!!! Very quiet location, a car is recommended (as it is on the whole of Rügen). And super nice landlords who are always available and help with all questions.

Short holiday in March
It was an excellent short holiday in the flat. Well equipped and modern, warm and cosy. We wanted for nothing
The only downer was that there was no lighting on the whole property after dark. In the dark from the car park to the house - is also a safety issue....

Super nice thatched house
The house is beautifully furnished and equipped with high quality appliances. There is really nothing missing!
You feel right at home and the best thing is the peace and quiet for the dogs on New Year's Eve.

We can unreservedly recommend this holiday home. It is very cosy, equipped with everything you need and, above all, in a quiet location. Perfect for holidays with children as there is a playground a few metres from the house. We had a great two week holiday there. Moreover, the landlords are very nice and answer every question.

Schönes Quartier abseits vom Trubel
Schöne Lage, schöne gelegene Ferienwohnung über 3 Etagen an der Giebelseite. Schöne Einrichtung. Spüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Herd, Toaster - alles da.
Kein Service zwischen An- und Abreise wie bei Ferienwohnungen üblich.
Sauberkeit OK, ein paar versteckte Ecken sollten noch berücksichtigt werden.

Für unser privates Ferienhaus stellen wir mehr alles notwendige zur Verfügung, damit der Gast keinen Service braucht. Selbst Waschmittel befindet sich kostenlos vor Ort.
Wir bieten offiziell keinen Service wie im Hotel/anderen Ferienwohnungen an. Die Bettwäsche/Handtücher kann/können z.B. bequem im Hause gewaschen werden, und wenn notwendig, per Wäschetrockner getrocknet werden. Als Ansprechpartner stehen wir, und im Notfall, unser Reinigungsdienst oder der Hausmeister jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Top Ferienhaus idyllisch gelegen
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, voll ausgestattet und läßt nichts vermissen. Sehr gemütlich auch im Winter mit Kaminofen. Großzügige Aussenanlege, sehr ruhig gelegen mit kurzem Weg zum Wasser und dem Hafen Puddemin mit Restaurant. Strategisch gut gelegen in Richtung Stralsund oder Binz, alles in einer guten halben Stunde zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, vielen Dank.

Quietly situated holiday flat
The equipment left nothing to be desired. There was enough crockery. It was the "little things " that made the stay pleasant, such as washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, detergent, games, books etc.. The holiday flat was practically and comfortably furnished. The contact with the landlady was very quick and pleasant, every question was answered to our satisfaction
