Great accommodation
For many years, we have been guests in holiday apartments or houses and have experienced and seen quite a bit. But we have never encountered such a wonderfully restored house, super clean and in the best location between the train station, supermarket (REWE - well sorted!) and beach. The successful layout of the bedrooms combined with the bathrooms allowed everyone in our group a lot of privacy. In the more than generous house, the "pack" could spread out and later gathered again for meals at the large dining table, or sometimes even beforehand at the foosball table! Overall, the house is very low-maintenance, well-equipped. For seniors and small children, the attic is difficult to access: There is a rather steep staircase leading up. However, this can be considered in advance during the "room allocation." The terrace is almost "opaque"; unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during our week, so we couldn't use it and the garden. Instead, we had to rely on the sauna; a blessing on these cool days!
The only thing we missed was a tray ;) and that we had to carry the bicycles (after all, 8 bikes!) up the stairs past the house to then place them on the terrace. A side ramp for pushing would be helpful...

Great house for the whole family.
The Villa Alva offers everything you could wish for a great vacation: Enough space for many people with enough bathrooms for everyone. The living/dining area is well equipped with a large, comfortable sofa, a large table and even a foosball table. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired either! The beds are of high quality and everything is clean and tidy.
The house has a real feel-good atmosphere. We are completely satisfied and would go on vacation there again with the whole family at any time.
