The holiday flat "LandEi" in Weinheim-Oberflockenbach (OT) offers you great facilities, an unforgettable view of nature and a welcome bottle of wine from the region. Furnished with great attention to detail, the flat invites you to relax, go on excursions in the surrounding region, but also to work. It is located close to nature at the edge of the forest and borders on a landscape conservation area - absolutely quiet and relaxing - and has its own entrance with a key safe.
In the well-kept flat on the ground floor you will find a spacious, light-flooded living-dining room with sleeping area and French bed (140x200), wooden parquet flooring, a hallway, a modern daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower and an XXL wooden terrace with a fantastic view and adjacent garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle and Sodastream.
In addition, there is a free parking space for your car

The holiday flat is approx. 10km from the old town of Weinheim and approx. 16km from the beautiful Heidelberg am Neckar.
