It is a new building in turn-of-the-century style situated directly on the beach. Through the large panorama windows you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants and shops for your daily needs. There is a restaurant, a bakery and our rental office in the house.

The flat has an underground parking space, which can be rented for a small fee. The beach can be seen from the flat. The distance is only 40 metres. Two bicycles are included in the rental price
