The cosy roof-only house captivates with its cosy charm. It is equipped for 4 people plus a small child. On 2 floors with fireplace and fenced garden.
2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 shower room downstairs. An outdoor sauna and bicycles for adults and children are available.
There is a separate dining area for 4 people on the ground floor, adjacent to the kitchen.
In the living room you will find a sitting area with a triple sofa and two armchairs, as well as:

The "Großes Meer" is located between the two cities of Aurich and Emden.
It is the largest and most important inland sea in East Frisia
From east to west, the lake is about one kilometre wide and the distance from the northern shore to the southern edge is about 4.5 kilometres
The lake thus covers a total area of about 460 hectares.

The pizzeria "Al Mare", the hotel and restaurant "Landhaus Am Grossen Meer" and the restaurant "Meerwattshuus Ubben", which are located directly on the Great Sea. They are characterised by their home-style cuisine.
At the Großes Meer there is, among other things, a camping site, a sailing harbour with surfing school, boat and pedal boat hire
A large children's playground with a pirate ship and many climbing frames will delight the little ones
A sauna and the tourist information centre, with café and sun terrace, as well as the possibility of shopping are directly at your location.
The house is particularly appealing due to its location on the North Sea
It is about 25 km to the beach and the ferry terminal of Norddeich. From there you have good connections to the East Frisian Islands, Norderney and Juist
The seaport of Emden is about 12 km away. The birthplace of Otto Waalkes.
