Description
It offers space for up to 8 people. On 3 floors you will find everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday with us.
The holiday home is a semi-detached house with a large garden and separate entrance.
The entire holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating.
There are sufficient parking spaces on the property.
The entrance to the holiday home is in the basement.
The large entrance area houses the cloakroom, a small workplace and, from autumn, an infrared sauna.
An open wooden staircase leads to the actual ground floor - here you will find a large living and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet with washing machine and a bedroom.
The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor. Here you will also find the large bath/shower room and a smaller shower room.
The covered terrace and the large fully fenced garden complete the picture.
Entrance area - Sauna - Due to the slight slope, the entrance and the access to the covered terrace and the garden is in the "basement". The entrance area is generously designed - in addition to the cloakroom, there is also a workplace. From here you can also access the small wellness area with our infrared sauna.
Ground floor:
Living and dining - The large light-flooded living and dining room is furnished with a couch, armchairs and 55 inch Smart-TV. The couch is a sofa bed and can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Adjacent is an extendable dining table for 8 people.
There are some books and games for the little ones.
Kitchen - The separate kitchen is equipped with:

- 30L freezer compartment

- Toaster
- Electric kettle
- Microwave oven
- Filter coffee machine and Nespresso Vertuo capsule machine
- sufficient cutlery and crockery
Guest WC - There is also a guest WC here, which also houses the washing machine.
Bedroom - The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
Attic:
The other two bedrooms are located in the attic. They are both furnished with 180x200 box spring beds and a wardrobe. The first bedroom has an additional TV and direct access to the large bath tub.
1. Bathroom - The bathroom is very large and modern. It has a large floor-level real glass shower and a bathtub.
2. Bathroom - This smaller bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and is a shower room.
The covered terrace is accessible from the entrance area and borders the fully fenced garden. The fence is approx. 125cm high.

Short vacation with children
Dear Fuchs family,
we spent a lovely extended weekend at Bella Vita with our children. The landlords are very helpful and always available for questions. The house is very lovingly furnished, we lacked nothing. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed our time. A major highlight was the sauna. The location is quiet. You can quickly get to the Upper Harz. The beautifully snow-covered landscape was dreamy. We will definitely come back and felt at home.

Beautiful holiday home
Great and beautiful holiday home. We lacked nothing at all. From the first minute, we felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home with the three dogs. We can highly recommend this house in Winkelried.

Absolute recommendation
From the first moment, we were totally thrilled. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was also really great. We felt very comfortable. We particularly loved the gift basket that was lovingly filled. Everyone was thought of. Even the dogs. The highlight is definitely the sauna.

Very nice vacation
We only spent a short vacation in the Fox Den, but it was very nice. The house is super modernly furnished. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness. Really great. The garden offers so much space for dogs to play and run. The surroundings are also really wonderful. Forests and lakes all around. There's something for everyone. The baker and butcher are within walking distance, so we could take a walk there with our dog before breakfast. Supermarkets and restaurants are also reachable in a few minutes by car. The Fox Den is truly highly recommended!

We spent two beautiful weeks in the Harz with four people (plus one dog). Many destinations are easily reachable by car. We felt very comfortable. Nice and uncomplicated contact with the landlord.
