You can enjoy the beautiful nature, hear the waves crashing, sniff the salty sea air and relax from stressful everyday life. Or you can go on a tour, discover old Hanseatic towns, new hiking trails or, after all, your love of water sports

Our 55m² flat with two bedrooms is located on the ground floor of a townhouse at the Schmarlteich, close to the Kellerswald and only a few minutes' walk from the city centre.
You will find free parking spaces right outside the front door.
We have freshly renovated the flat in 2021, furnished it in a bright and modern style and equipped it with many amenities for your relaxing stay.
And this is what awaits you:
The living room is divided into a living and dining area. The room is flooded with light through the generous window facing the courtyard.
A comfortable four-seater luxury sofa and an armchair with footstool invite you to linger and relax in front of the flat screen TV or LED fireplace.
Kitchen: you will find everything you need in a good kitchen:
Ceramic hob with 4 plates
Dishwasher - Dishwasher tabs - Washing-up liquid
Electric kettle
Coffee maker - Coffee filter and coffee tin
Toaster - Egg boiler
Knife block and chopping boards
Salt & pepper, paprika, sugar

In the dining area you have solid wood furniture consisting of a table with 4 handmade chairs and a beautiful handmade hanging lamp.
In bedroom 1 you will find a comfortable, noble leather bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a flat screen TV, a spacious wardrobe, a practical luggage rack and a workstation - in case you need to open your laptop.
Better, however, for the handwritten postcard to loved ones at home.
The second bedroom was furnished in typical maritime style
A solid wooden bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a cosmetic table with chair, a spacious wardrobe with enough hangers and, here too, a practical luggage shelf await you.
The bathroom: Small but nice describes it best.
A self-carved washstand with marble top and double washbasin, a large mirror with integrated vanity mirror, double toothbrush mug, guest towels and a refilled soap dispenser as well as, the highlight, our infrared cabin ensure absolute feel-good moments
A spacious real glass shower and a modern toilet, with sufficient toilet paper included, are also available.
A set of guest towels is, of course, part of the initial equipment.
And yes, a terrace is also part of the flat.
Here you can have a wonderful breakfast or relax after a long walk on the beach.

Location and surroundings of object
The sea and the beach are not far away. Old beech forests, moorland and yellow rape fields frame the idyllic small town.
The centre is close by, with many shops filled with arts and crafts, as well as lovingly run restaurants and cafés, and is characterised by numerous Gothic and classicist buildings
Heiligendamm, Germany's oldest seaside resort on the Baltic coast, also called the White Town by the Sea and a district of Bad Doberan, can be reached quite traditionally and comfortably by the steam locomotive-operated narrow-gauge railway Molli.
The Hanseatic cities of Rostock, Wismar and Stralsund are not far away and make our town an ideal holiday destination.

Happy Holiday
We had a wonderful time at the apartment. Everything required available, both in the apartment and in Bad Doberan, takes only 5 mins walk to centre.
Ostsee Kuhlungsborn, Heiligendamm, Rerik etc easy to drive by car.
Would gladly stay again if available.

Quiet days to relax
The flat is lovingly furnished and in a quiet side street. Close to nature, but still within walking distance of the city centre. The handover of the keys and communication with the landlord was completely uncomplicated.
