We spent wonderful days. The weather wasn't great, but the view made it completely irrelevant. I have been to the complex several times and am always completely thrilled by the view and how cozy the apartments are in part. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We will come back as always. Thank you!

We were in this absolute dream apartment for the second time and were thrilled again. If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can enjoy a sauna day, and if the sun shines, you can appreciate a light-flooded apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. From Pelzerhaken, it’s not far to Lübeck. A great city worth visiting. In November, it is quite calm in Pelzerhaken, but we really appreciate the tranquility. We can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

After nearly six hours of travel, we arrived in Pelzerhaken. Turning onto Dünenweg, we were surprised by the architecturally interesting and well-maintained holiday complex at "Südkap." We were warmly and attentively welcomed by the ladies at the reception and received information about our accommodation, the penthouse apartment G-07. We drove into the garage area at ground level. From the car, it was just a few steps to the elevator (no lugging luggage!), and we reached the 3rd floor. The generous layout and the floor-to-ceiling glazing were only surpassed by the fantastic unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea! The winter sun flooded the entire apartment. The surrounding balcony invited you to linger in the light breeze. The impression upon arrival was confirmed in the apartment: everything impressed with an absolutely professional concept. Coziness combined with thoughtful furnishings, e.g. with high-quality electrical appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, the appealing ceramics in the two spacious bathrooms. The cabinets in the bedrooms and hallway truly deserve their name. They offer enough space for a large family. The fireplace stove is the highlight of the living area! Does it also "draw" well? Thanks to the latest technology, it provides the necessary airflow at the push of a button. It even notifies you when it needs new firewood! The sauna settings are also straightforward: turn on the display - set the temperature - done. The heating time is about 30 minutes. Then it starts: sweating from 65 to 95 degrees! The fireplace and sauna are great for romantic evenings, and both televisions can simply stay off! The Baltic Sea in the Neustädter Bay offers a wonderful view of the surrounding shores in any weather and invites long hikes. We enjoyed the great penthouse and the healthy Baltic Sea, and after 2 weeks, we are returning to the Lower Rhine well-rested. Annemarie and Burkhard from Willich, February 2018.

We stayed in the apartment (G-07), a penthouse apartment on the 3rd floor, with a direct and unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment was really perfect and lovingly furnished. With the romantic fireplace and the cozy sauna, this apartment is a real delight even on uncomfortable days! We will definitely spend our next vacation at the Baltic Sea here again! The flat was really perfect and lovingly furnished.
With the romantic fireplace and the cosy sauna, this flat is an absolute pleasure even on uncomfortable days!
We will definitely spend our next holiday at the Baltic Sea here again!

The impression we had on arrival was also confirmed in the flat: everything was captivating with an absolutely professional concept. Cosiness paired with well thought-out furnishings, e.g. with high-quality electrical appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, the appealing ceramics in the two spacious bathrooms. The wardrobes in the bedrooms and in the hallway really deserve their name. They offer enough space for a large family.
The stove is the highlight in the living area! Does it really "pull"? Thanks to the latest technology, it provides the necessary draught at the touch of a button. It even lets you know when it needs new logs!
The sauna setting is also easy to use: switch on the display - set the temperature - done. The heating time is about 30 minutes. Then it's time to sweat from 65 to 95 degrees! Wood-burning stove and sauna are a great thing for romantic evenings, the two TVs just stay off!!!
The Baltic Sea in the Neustadt Bay offers a wonderful view of the surrounding shores in all weathers and invites you to take long walks. We enjoyed the great penthouse and the healthy Baltic Sea and will return to the Lower Rhine well rested after 2 weeks.

If the weather is not cooperating, you can enjoy a sauna day and if the sun is shining, you will be happy about a light-flooded flat that leaves nothing to be desired. From Pelzerhaken, it is not far to Lübeck. A great city that is worth a visit.
In November it is quite quiet in Pelzerhaken, but we like the quietness very much.
We can recommend this flat without reservation.

We spent a short holiday in the flat and we wanted for nothing. It was easy to get from the underground car park to the top with the lift, and as soon as you walk through the door you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and are enchanted. The location of the flat is unsurpassable. Directly on the beach promenade, it is only a few steps to the sea and the small town centre of Pelzerhaken. The equipment is very high quality and actually leaves nothing to be desired, up to the table grill everything was available. We found a large selection of scented oils to relax in our own sauna. Bathrobes and sufficient towels were also in the flat. We have rarely had such a high-quality holiday flat. We will gladly come back and look forward to the next time.
