APARTMENT G-02 This apartment was absolutely amazing, pure vacation feeling! The location is unique and the view from the balcony of the sea is priceless. The apartment is perfectly equipped, everything the heart desires is available. There is even a storage room in the apartment with a vacuum cleaner, where you can also easily store luggage. The beds were great, the bathrooms excellent, everything cozy! The most important thing for us was simply putting on our swimsuits and then going barefoot out of the apartment, directly to the beach. There is a bike cellar, direct access from the underground garage, well thought out! Table tennis room with foosball, fitness room with a view of the Baltic Sea and an adjacent playroom for the kids, totally great. The property is well planned, quiet, beautiful courtyard, playground right in front, no car traffic, small shopping area, bike rental on-site, 5 minutes to the pier square with beautiful restaurants, beautiful mini-golf next to it... it doesn’t get better. We were there during the summer holidays, and the beach was never crowded. You can walk along the beach in both directions, incredibly beautiful. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony, with a view of the sea and the playground, the parents can relax there while keeping an eye on the kids, great. Long walks to Neustadt or in the other direction to Rettin, beautiful paths right by the sea, fantastic restaurants and cafes along the way, super! Anyone looking for a great family vacation, perhaps also with Grandma & Grandpa, is in the right place! I will book this apartment again for 2018, this time for 2 weeks, as it was a perfect vacation for me!

A very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained facility. We were on-site over Easter 2024 and were warmly welcomed. The apartment was just as well-maintained as the entire facility. The small playground on the roof, as well as the small indoor playground, were perfect for our daughter (1 year old), and the sports and sauna area also met the needs of the adults. We enjoyed the first week very much and would love to come back!

We have stayed in other apartments in Pelzerhaken-Südkap. These were more welcoming and lovingly decorated and had more charm. There are spots and discolorations on the walls (especially in the hallway), a bucket of paint would help. The fact that the soap dispensers in the bathrooms are not filled for sustainability reasons is a joke. The facility itself is great and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. The team from urlando is always helpful and friendly.

This flat was the absolute madness, pure holiday feeling ! The location is unique and the view of the sea from the balcony is priceless. The flat is well equipped, everything your heart desires. There is even a storeroom with a hoover in the flat, where you can also store your suitcases. The beds were great, the bathrooms were great, everything was cosy! The most important thing for us was to put on our swimming trunks and walk barefoot from the flat directly to the beach. There is a bicycle cellar, direct access from the underground car park, well thought out! Table tennis room with table football, fitness room with a view of the Baltic Sea and an adjacent playroom for the kids, totally great.The complex is great planned, quiet, beautiful forecourt, playground directly in front of it, no car traffic, small shop, bike rental on site, in 5 minutes on the sea bridge square with wonderful restaurants, beautiful mini golf next to it..........it does not get better. We were there in the summer holidays, the beach was never overcrowded.you can walk along the beach in both directions, insanely beautiful. Breakfast & dinner on the balcony, the sea and the playground in view, the parents sit there in peace and the kids are in the eye, great. Long walks to Neustadt or in the other direction to Rettin, beautiful paths directly by the sea, great restaurants & cafes everywhere along the way, super! If you are looking for a great family holiday, maybe with grandma & grandpa, this is the place for you! I will book this flat again for 2018, this time for 2 weeks, as it was a perfect holiday for me!
