wir waren jetzt schon 5 x in der Anlage, jedes mal dachten wir es wäre die beste Wohnung, aber jedes mal wurde sie noch übertroffen und diesmal die Wohnung H05 war für uns die Beste, Auch der Parkplatz für diese Wohnung war super. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben hier zu sechst einen Mädelsurlaub verbracht und haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Der Blick aufs Wasser beim ausgedehnten Frühstück ist fantastisch!!! Man kann bei schönem Wetter bis nach Neustadt spazieren und hat dabei fast die ganze Zeit das Wasser im Blick. Ein Traum! Sich nach 4 Tagen Aufenthalt zu fühlen als hätte man 1-2 Wochen Urlaub gehabt, ist wohl einmalig! Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!

Für Urlauber mit Anspruch ist Südkap genau das richtige. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick auf das Meer ist umwerfend und unvergleichlich. Der Urlaub für nächstes Jahr ist schon gebucht.

Die Ferienwohnung war während unseres Aufenthalts perfekt ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie besticht durch ihre liebevolle und durchdachte Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Wir haben uns, insbesondere auch an den Regen-Tagen, sehr wohlgefühlt. Der "angedrohte" Baustellenlärm war nicht zu hören. Die Arbeiten scheinen weitgehend abgeschlossen. Ein rundum schöner, erholsamer Urlaub!

Ich habe Pelzerhaken und das Südkap schon weiter empfohlen und bin von der Ausstattung und Lage der Appartements begeistert. Beim Frühstück aufs Wasser zu sehen ist einfach fantastisch. Pelzerhaken selber haben wir als ruhigen Ort erlebt, perfekt zum Erholen. Dafür hat man Grömitz, Neustadt und zum Beispiel die Hermannshöhe in der Nähe für Ausflüge. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :-)

Die von uns bewohnte Ferienwohnung H05 ist schön hell modern ausgestattet qualitativ hochwertig und verfügt über einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll dekoriert es wurde aufs Detail geachtet. Auch an gemütliche ruhige Stunden wurde gedacht indem man Romane Teelichter .............. bereit stellt. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Ausstattung sehr gut und hochwertig. Der Ausblick auf das Meer wunderschön. Sehr hell und freundlich. Alles noch sehr neu. Praktisch auch die Tiefgarage und der Aufzug. Alles in allem fanden wir das ganze richtig toll. Wir haben und die Tage sehr wohl gefühlt!

we have been to the facility 5 times now, each time we thought it was the best apartment, but every time it was surpassed and this time the H05 apartment was the best for us. The parking space for this apartment was also great.

We liked the flat very much! The furnishings are very good and of high quality. The view of the sea is beautiful. Very bright and friendly. Everything is still very new. The underground car park and the lift were also practical. All in all, we found the whole thing really great. We felt very comfortable during the days!

The flat was perfectly equipped during our stay and corresponds to the description. It captivates with its loving and thoughtful furnishings and equipment.
We felt very comfortable, especially on the rainy days.
The "threatened" construction site noise was not to be heard. The work seems to be largely completed.

We were there with 4 people, the children 13 and 17 settled in just as quickly and felt comfortable as we did, just great, the location, the view, the ambience, the fitness room or the common rooms and the wifi (especially for the kids at that age)

We stayed in the flat with our children (2 and 4 years) and had a very nice holiday. The view is fantastic. A beautiful, large playground and the sea are right outside the door. The pirate playroom was also very popular. We will definitely be back.

Six of us spent a girls' holiday here and felt incredibly comfortable. The view of the water while having breakfast is fantastic!
If the weather is nice, you can walk all the way to Neustadt and have the water in view almost the whole time. A dream!
To feel as if you had been on holiday for 1-2 weeks after a 4-day stay is probably unique! Absolutely recommendable!

We can only give positive feedback. From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel at home, the location of the accommodation with a direct view of the Baltic Sea offers pure relaxation! It doesn't matter if you are there for 1 week or only 3 days like us. We will definitely come back many more times and are already looking forward to the next time!!!!!

I have already recommended Pelzerhaken and the Südkap to others and am thrilled with the facilities and location of the flats. Looking out over the water at breakfast is simply fantastic. We experienced Pelzerhaken itself as a quiet place, perfect for relaxing. But Grömitz, Neustadt and for example the Hermannshöhe are close by for excursions.
We will definitely be back! :-)
