Eine wunderschöne und sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Nähere Umgebung wunderschön; lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Sauna hat gut problemlos funktioniert. Ebenso sauber wie die Wohnräume. Besonders praktisch der Garagenstellplatz!

Wunderschönes Appartement in toller Lage. Aussicht auf die Ostsee ohne Einschränkung mit großem Außenbereich. Selbst bei nicht ganz so schönem Wetter eine Reise wert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

super Penthaus-Fewo, beste Lage direkt am Ostseestrand - auch über die Feiertage und den Jahreswechsel ruhig, großzügig und gehobene Ausstattung, sehr geräumige Tiefgarage mit Lift bis vor die Wohnungstür und freundliche und hilfsbereite Damen an der Rezeption.

Der Erholungswert steht und fällt mit der Unterkunft!!! Ap.H-08 ist eine Genießer-Penthouse-Wohnung und thront über den Dächern der anderen Häuser, weswegen man sich 1x im Jahr diesen Traum für mehr als nur 1 Woche erfüllen sollte. Wir haben es nicht versäumt H-08 zum 3x zu buchen, ehe wir es bereuen!

Unsere Woche in Pelzerhaken war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein super ausgestatteter Wellness Bereich. Für die Fitness konnten wir auch etwas tun. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Selten haben wir in einer so perfekt und geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Es war wirklich alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Auch den Architekten ein Lob, alles supergut durchdacht und funktionierend. Die Lage - ein Traum mit Blick direkt auf das Wasser und Sonnenuntergang vom Sofa aus. Allerdings waren wir im November da, es war superruhig. Im Sommer, wenn alles belegt ist und direkt vorm Haus der Trubel am Strand und in der Einkaufszeile ist, würden wir hier nicht buchen. Aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. In der Nebensaison würden und werden wir jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren zum 3ten Mal in dieser wirklichen Luxusanlage (unterschiedliche Penthousewohnungen). Es ist jedes Mal ein Traum. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee lassen einen den Alltag vergessen. Unser nächster Urlaub im Mai nächsten Jahres ist bereits gebucht!!! Es ist von der ersten Minute pures Urlaubsfeeling.

...wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden und hatten wundervolle Tage mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Es hat uns in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt.

In unserer Wohnung fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Hier nur einige Beispiele: Viele Kissen und Decken, um es sich auch noch am Abend auf der Terrasse gemütlich zu machen. Eine ordentliche Musikanlage im Wohnzimmer. Ein kleiner Elektrotischgrill, für einen Grillabend auf der Dachterrasse. Boxspringbetten im Schlafzimmer. In manch anderen Ferienwohnungen anderer Anbieter muss man froh sein, wenn für jeden ein Trinkglas im Schrank ist - vom Korkenzieher ganz zu schweigen. Diese Wohnung ist aber wirklich mehr als vollständig bestückt. Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Seeblick - auch vom Frühstückstisch aus. Wir haben direkt für das nächste Jahr erneut gebucht.

Eine Unterkunft der Superlative im Zeitgeist von heute. Das Angebot der Auswahl ist groß - aber Achtung! - man muß früh buchen um sein gewünschtes Apartement zu bekommen, also mal eben anrufen und kommen funktioniert wohl nur mit viel Glück. Wir wären gerne 14 Tage geblieben und sind im Nachhinein glücklich wenigstens 7 Tage bekommen zu haben. PS: eigentlich verrät man hier einen Geheimtip!

The Südkap in Pelzerhaken ... is simply amazing! Even if the weather doesn't cooperate: simply sitting in the immensely cozy, chic and well-equipped apartment and looking directly at the sea, that's soooo fantastic. Always a pleasure!

Our expectations were fully met. Furniture and fittings very tasteful and of very good quality. Completely in accordance with the pictures and information shown on the internet. Very clean. Fantastic view of the Bay of Lübeck. Excellent conditions for a relaxing holiday in a quiet place. Will be very happy to come back.

Superlative accommodation in the zeitgeist of today. There is a wide range of choice - but beware! - you have to book early to get the apartment you want
so just calling and coming is probably only possible with a lot of luck. We would have liked to stay 14 days and in retrospect we are happy to have had at least 7 days
7 days.
PS: actually, this is an insider tip!

The accommodation was very nice and everything you need was there. The view is great and the terrace is nice and big and great to use. However, because the houses are so close together, you have to expect a certain amount of noise from the neighbours. It didn't bother us at all, but if you like it very quiet it can be different. We would have liked to stay longer and have booked for next year ;-)

There was really nothing lacking in our flat. Here are just a few examples: Lots of cushions and blankets to make yourself comfortable even in the evening on the terrace. A decent music system in the living room. A small electric table grill for a barbecue on the roof terrace. Box spring beds in the bedroom. In some other holiday flats of other providers, you have to be happy if there is a drinking glass for everyone in the cupboard - not to mention a corkscrew. But this flat is really more than fully stocked.
The flat has a beautiful lake view - even from the breakfast table. We have booked again directly for next year.

This was the 3rd time we stayed in this real luxury resort (different penthouse flats). It is a dream every time. The furnishings of the flat with a direct view of the Baltic Sea make you forget everyday life. Our next holiday in May next year is already booked!!!

We have rarely stayed in such a perfectly and tastefully furnished holiday flat. There was really everything you need to feel good. Also praise to the architects, everything was super well thought out and functioning. The location - a dream with a view directly onto the water and sunset from the sofa. However, we were there in November, it was super quiet. We would not book here in summer, when everything is occupied and there is a lot of hustle and bustle on the beach and in the shopping area directly in front of the house. But that is a matter of taste.
In the low season, we would and will gladly come back at any time.

We spent Christmas week in the beautiful penthouse. The furnishings are perfect and the flat was very clean. The view is unbeatable, of course. We felt right at home. The high-quality bed of course also contributes to the relaxation. There is nothing to complain about. The gym and sauna are ideal for the shorter days of this season. The associated cafe with art and more is also recommended. Pelzerhaken is highly recommended for people seeking peace and quiet. The structural changes of the last few years have really upgraded the place. The reception staff are very friendly and check-in and check-out were handled perfectly. We can recommend the Hoff company 100%. The service is optimal.

Our week in Pelzerhaken was very relaxing. The flat was well equipped. We felt very comfortable.
A super equipped wellness area. We were also able to do something for our fitness.

Beautiful flat in a great location.
View of the Baltic Sea without restriction with large outdoor area. Worth a trip even if the weather is not quite so nice. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend it.

A beautiful and very clean and very well equipped accommodation. The surrounding area is beautiful and invites you to go for a walk.
Sauna worked well without any problems. Just as clean as the living quarters.
The garage parking space is particularly practical!

From the very beginning we felt very comfortable in our flat, the great location, the beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, the tasteful furnishings, we wanted for nothing. After a long walk on the beach, we could relax in the sauna area and unwind. We will gladly come again.

The recreational value stands and falls with the accommodation!!!
Ap.H-08 is a connoisseur's penthouse flat and is enthroned above the roofs of the other houses,
which is why you should fulfil this dream once a year for more than just 1 week.
We did not miss to book H-08 for 3x before we regret it!
