POSITIV: Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Wohlfühlurlaub zu zweit braucht. Vollkommen zufrieden stellende Ausstattung für die Selbstversorgung (versch. Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee, Backpapier, ausreichend Toilettenpapier usw.). Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Elektrogeräte zum Großteil Markengeräte und in tadellosem Zustand. Kostenlose Garagennutzung. Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee. Allgemein ein schön großer Balkon mit eigenem Strandkorb. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und zum Ortszentrum. Kostenlose Nutzung von Sauna, Fitnessstudio und Tischtennisplatten und Tischkicker. NEGATIV: Der Ort Pelzerhaken hat im Großen und Ganzen nicht all zu viel zu bieten. Es gibt eine kleine Passage mit 2-3 Bars, 1-2 Restaurants und 2 Eisdielen. Alleridngs liegt Pelzerhaken zwischen den Orten Neustadt und Grömitz, die mit dem Fahrrad und natürlich auch mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen sind und da etwas mehr Auswahl bieten.

Wir sind jetzt das zweite Mal in der Unterkunf A 11 gewesen und jedesmal gaben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet, der Balkon ist wie ein weiteres Zimmer, den wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Für 2 Personen der perfekte Ulaubsort, da man zum Srand ganze 2 Minuten braucht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage zum Strand und der Meerblick vom Balkon aus sind perfekt. Wir haben einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub hier verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch den Strandkorb auf dem Balkon haben wir oft genutzt, insbesondere abends im Kerzenschein.

Wohnung gemütlich und sehr schön detailverliebt eingerichtet. Toller Ausblick auf die Ostsee, man fühlte sich auch auf dem Balkon sehr wohl. Gute Internetanbindung. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert für eine erholsame Zeit.

Eine sehr gut und modern sowie wohnlich ausgestattete Wohnung, in der es sich auch bei Schietwetter aushalten lässt. Der Blick auf die Ostsee war trotz Lage in zweiter Reihe ohne Verrenkungen gegeben. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Wohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor 1+, perfekt und geschmackvoll nach neuestem Standard und mit allem erdenklichen Zubehör eingerichtet,es fehlt an nichts. Liebevoll im maritimen Stil dekoriert, blitzsauber, praktische Einbauschränke, viel Stauraum. Toll war auch der morgendliche Brötchenservice. Der traumhafte Blick auf die Ostsee, die Südausrichtung des Balkones und die direkte Strandlage komplettieren den puren Urlaubsgenuss. Sehr empfehlenswert

Always happy to come back, always nice. Unfortunately, I had a small accident (broken wrist) and my vacation turned out a bit differently. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful at all times. Since I was "unable to drive" for the return trip, it was absolutely no problem to book for my driver as well.

We have been to the accommodation A 11 for the second time now and both times we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped, the balcony is like an additional room which we enjoyed very much. For 2 people, it is the perfect vacation spot, as it takes only 2 minutes to walk to the beach.

Lovingly decorated in maritime style, spotlessly clean, practical built-in cupboards, lots of storage space. The morning bread service was also great.
The fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, the south-facing balcony and the direct beach location complete the pure holiday enjoyment.

The flat is perfect for two people. Everything is available and lovingly furnished and decorated. We also used and enjoyed the fitness area and the saunas every day. We always enjoy relaxing there for a few days. Even when the weather is bad, it's a great place to relax.

POSITIVE: The holiday flat offers everything you need for a relaxing feel-good holiday for two. Completely satisfactory equipment for self-catering (various spices, coffee, tea, baking paper, sufficient toilet paper, etc.). The furnishings are very stylish, with great attention to detail. Everything is clean and tidy. Most of the electrical appliances are branded and in perfect condition. Free use of garage. Beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony. Generally a nice big balcony with own beach chair. Close to the beach and the centre of the village. Free use of sauna, gym and table tennis tables and table football.
NEGATIVE: The village of Pelzerhaken does not have too much to offer on the whole. There is a small arcade with 2-3 bars, 1-2 restaurants and 2 ice cream parlours. However, Pelzerhaken is located between the towns of Neustadt and Grömitz, which can be reached quickly by bike and of course by car and offer a little more choice.

The flat is very well equipped, cosy and furnished with attention to detail. The location to the beach and the sea view from the balcony are perfect.
We spent a very nice, relaxing holiday here and felt completely comfortable. We also often used the beach chair on the balcony, especially in the evening by candlelight.

Beautiful flat in a great location directly on the pier. Fantastic view of the sea.
Flat fully equipped, practical bread roll service. Also great, parking space allocated directly at the entrance, perfect for loading and unloading. Super, gladly again.
