Es war für uns die 3. Buchung in dieser Anlage und wir kommen wieder. Superschöne Wohnungen, hervorragende Betten, beste Lage. Schöner kann man nicht Urlaub machen.

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in dieser perfekten Wohnung mit direktem Ostseeblick sehr genossen und konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer aus einen direkten Zugang zu einem der Bäder gibt. Positiv ist auch, dass sich im Gebäude ein Fahrstuhl befindet und die Tiefgarage ebenerdig im Erdgeschoss ist. Alles in allem eine tolle, super geplante Anlage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 2 Ehepartnern bewohnt. Der erste Eindruck bei der Anreise war die gesamte sehr schöne Anlage. Tolles architektonisches Konzept. Jede Wohnung mit einem super Ausblick. Sehr schöne große Terassen mit allen Möbeln die dazu gehören zum Wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Viel Platz in den Schränken. Die Einrichtung für unser dafürhalten sehr geschmackvoll. Am Besten, da waren wir uns alle einig, der tolle Ausblick durch die riesigen bis zum Boden reichenden Fenster. Und das rundum. Sollte es mal regnen, kein Problem. Die Räume sind super hell und der Ausblick entschädigt das vielleicht einmal schlechte Wetter. Die Wohnungen sind alle von der Tiefgarage zu erreichen. Die Schließanlage ist so konzipiert das von allen Häusern Zutritt gewährt ist. Sauna, Fitness usw. muss nicht noch erwähnt werden. Wir sind der Meinung: "Müssen wiederkommen!" Ups, haben noch den praktische Brötchendienst vergessen. Aufstehen, Türe öffnen, Brötchen reinholen. Die Kölner

Südkap A 10 - diese so wunderbar gelegene und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung war ein echter Genuss, so etwas Gelungenes haben wir - 70/75 Jahre - bisher noch nicht erlebt. Die Ostsee im Visier, vorbeiziehende Segler, rufende Möwen, bei starkem Wind und Sturm unermüdliche Surfer. Fußläufig kleine nette Restaurants, auch etwas gehobener, wenn der Schritt etwas weiter ausholt. Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, alles vorhanden. Wünsche auf hohem Niveau: Brötchenservice wäre der Clou! Vielleicht lässt der Bäcker ja mit sich reden...! Sehr gutes Gesamtkonzept! Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt,

South Cape A 10 - this wonderfully located and perfectly equipped apartment was a real joy, we - aged 70/75 - have not yet experienced anything so successful. With a view of the Baltic Sea, passing sailors, calling seagulls, and tireless surfers in strong winds and storms. Within walking distance are small nice restaurants, even more sophisticated ones if you take a slightly further step. Bakeries, small supermarkets, everything available.
Wishes at a high level: a bread roll service would be the icing on the cake! Perhaps the baker can be persuaded...!

Highly recommended holiday complex. We had an apartment on the third floor that we really liked. It was practically furnished, felt very free and open. All other areas of use, such as underground parking, sauna, fitness room, and garbage room were in very good condition.

We lived in the apartment with 2 married couples. The first impression upon arrival was that the entire area was very beautiful. Great architectural concept. Each apartment had a great view. Very nice large terraces with all the furniture you need to feel comfortable. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Lots of space in the cabinets. The decor was considered very tasteful. The best thing, we all agreed, was the great view through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows. And all around. If it ever rains, no problem. The rooms are super bright and the view compensates for maybe bad weather. The apartments are all accessible from the underground garage. The locking system is designed so that access is granted from all the houses. Sauna, fitness, etc. don't even need to be mentioned. We believe, "We have to come back!" Oops, we forgot about the practical bread service. Get up, open the door, get the bread in. The Cologne residents.

We enjoyed our short vacation in this perfect apartment with a direct view of the Baltic Sea very much and were able to relax wonderfully. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. We particularly liked that one of the two bedrooms has direct access to one of the bathrooms. It is also positive that there is an elevator in the building and the underground garage is on the same level on the ground floor. All in all, a great, well-planned facility. We would love to come back.

Highly recommended great holiday resort. We have been coming for several years and keep booking again and again. Pelzerhaken is simply very relaxing because it is such a quiet place and you can always look at the sea. Wonderful!

We tested the second row for the first time - the sea view is guaranteed from here as well. Previously we had flats in the front houses - simply a dream. Pelzerhaken is a wonderful place to relax for the whole family. And almost everything is barrier-free, even the access to the beach. Extra class!!!

We spent wonderful days in a perfectly furnished flat of high quality. The view, even though from the 2nd row, was fantastic. There is nothing missing in the kitchen for self-catering. Even a hairdryer was available in the bathroom. The spacious underground garage proved to be very practical, not only for arrivals and departures, because it allowed us to get our shopping, suitcases and also ourselves into the car or flat dry. We would spend our holiday here again at any time.
