Lediglich der Preis ist etwas teuer. Da es "nur" Pelzerhaken ist. Daher im Preis/Leistung nur 4 Sterne. Aber insgesamt war es top! Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Wir waren zu dritt und Hund, in dieser wirklich wunderschönen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Heim auf Zeit! Angefangen mit der Sauberkeit, der Großzügigkeit, der sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung, der tollen Geschirrausstattung, die jeden Koch begeistern würde und natürlich den herrlichen Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Woche verging leider viel zu schnell und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ferienwohnanlage in bester Lage, für gehobenere Ansprüche. Sehr liebevoll und extrem vollständig ausgestattete Wohnungen. Da fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause! Buchung, Vorabinfos und der Service vor Ort ist ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne - wieder mit Hund - wieder. Ideal zum Entschleunigen!

Wohlfühlfakor 10/10 ab der 1ten Minute. Sind schon das 2te Mal für 2 Wochen in einer Penthousewohnung gewesen. (3 Erwachsene und Hund) Alles vorhanden und in einem Topzustand - hoffen dass Sie dies über die Jahre so beibehalten können - hängt natürlich auch von den Mietern ab und deren Respekt gegenüber dem Besitzer und den nachfolgenden Mietern. Denken schon ans nächste Jahr. Abwicklung der Buchung übers Internet wie auch vor Ort einfach super und unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum, der Blick auf die Ostsee, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit... einfach super! Das dann auch noch Hunde erlaubt sind, macht das ganze Perfekt!!! Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen und hat einen tollen Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Beautiful, very clean and very well equipped flat with sea view despite second row. High-quality furnishings and huge windows, which keep out the heat and cold very well. But it is flooded with light and bright. Very big feel-good factor! Parking in the garage at ground level with lift to the individual floors. The complex is very clean, high quality and absolutely recommended!

The flat is really a dream, the view of the Baltic Sea, the furnishings and the cleanliness.... simply super! And the fact that dogs are allowed makes it perfect!
The location of the flat is ideal, you can reach everything on foot and has a great starting point for long walks.
We will definitely be back!

The flat was great with a fantastic view of the water. We would have liked to use the large roof terrace more, but the weather didn't quite cooperate. Instead, we used the table football and table tennis. We will be back!

There were three of us and a dog in this really beautiful flat and we felt very comfortable.
A home for a while! Starting with the cleanliness, the spaciousness, the very tasteful furnishings, the great crockery, which would inspire any cook and of course the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, the week went by far too quickly and we will definitely be back.

A wonderful holiday.... There was really nothing to criticise for us. Both we 2-leggeds and our 4-leggeds felt very comfortable. The beach is just great in winter with dogs, we would love to come back. The view from the flat towards the sea is just great.

Feel-good factor 10/10 from the first minute. This is the second time we have stayed in a penthouse flat for 2 weeks. (3 adults and dog)
Everything available and in top condition - hope you can maintain this over the years - depends of course on the tenants and their respect for the owner and subsequent tenants.
We are already thinking about next year.
The handling of the booking via internet as well as on site was simply super and uncomplicated.

The flat is very well equipped.The car has a nice underground parking space and you take the lift up to the penthouse flat. Great location with a view of the water from the large roof terrace. We would recommend the flat to others

Short-term decision for a short holiday, found beautiful flat on the Urlando website, booked without any problems, uncomplicated and nice contact on arrival -opening of the office despite lunch break because it started to rain-, bright, clean flat with fantastic view of the Baltic Sea! Everything really very nice and we would like to come back!

Holiday complex in a prime location, for more upmarket requirements. Very lovingly and extremely fully equipped flats. You immediately feel at home! Booking, advance information and the service on site is excellent. We will gladly come back - again with our dog. Ideal for slowing down!
