Das Appartement war perfekt! Schöner Ausblick auf‘s Meer. Die Anlage Südkap und Pelzerhaken sind unbedingt eine Reise wert!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gute Lage mit Blick auf die Ostsee.Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr schade ist, daß die Preisentwicklung der Wohnungen nicht mt der Einkommens/ Rentenerhöhung Schritt hält. Von 2021 auf 2022 mal eben 20% mehr zu verlangen ist übertrieben und nicht gerechtfertigt. Das werden wir uns leider zukünftig kaum noch leisten können!

Das SÜDKAP ist voll und ganz zu empfehlen. Perfekte, super saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnungen. Tiefgarage mit Zugang zur Wohnung. Besser geht nicht.

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung top. Keine negativen Überraschungen. Tatsächlich war der unerreichbare Schminkspiegel im Badezimmer das einzige was mir negativ aufgefallen ist, also nicht der Rede wert. Die Lage ist super, es ist top isoliert, man hat also wirklich seine Ruhe. Alles genau wie auf der Website beschrieben. Gerne wieder.

Cleanliness and equipment top. No negative surprises. In fact, the inaccessible makeup mirror in the bathroom was the only thing that caught my attention negatively, so it's not worth mentioning. The location is great, it is top isolated, so you really have your peace. Everything exactly as described on the website. Gladly again.

We really enjoyed 10 days in the holiday apartment at the southern tip. The apartment was excellent with everything included, especially the location and the associated view of the beach and the sea! We explored and enjoyed the surroundings on foot and by bike. The trip to nearby Lübeck was very appealing and interesting. Anytime again with pleasure!

very nice bright holiday apartment with a fantastic view of the sea, underground parking was very important for my husband, we did not use the wellness area but looked at it (very appealing and will be used next time), beautiful large terrace where we could even grill with an electric grill, just beautiful, we will come back.

Beautiful apartment, lovely covered balcony, good and complete equipment, view of the Baltic Sea, good location, spacious underground garage, large bicycle room in the building, great location - you can quickly reach the city center or the surf camp. Thumbs up. We are happy to recommend it.

"This high-quality holiday complex is ideal for relaxing. The concept of the complex is simply good! Everything (wellness/fitness/bicycle rooms, etc.) can be reached via the underground car park if necessary. Otherwise, the complex actually looks as depicted on the website, and the way to the well-maintained and not overcrowded beach was short. Nothing was glossed over, very commendable! Otherwise, the Pelzerhaken promenade is very manageable, but you can always go to Grömnitz. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back."

We were there repeatedly. Like the times before, we had a great time to relax with sauna and fitness, pure feel-good time. The on-site staff were always very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shops unfortunately only have limited opening hours in winter. The small supermarket within walking distance is open and well-stocked.
