We really enjoyed our short vacation in this perfect apartment with direct Baltic Sea views and were able to relax wonderfully. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. We particularly liked that there is direct access to one of the bathrooms from one of the two bedrooms. It's also a plus that there is an elevator in the building and that the underground garage is on the ground floor. All in all, a fantastic, well-planned facility. We would love to come back.

We lived in the apartment with 2 spouses. The first impression upon arrival was the entire very beautiful complex. Great architectural concept. Each apartment with a super view. Very nice large terraces with all the furniture needed for comfort. The apartment was equipped with everything one needs. Plenty of space in the cabinets. The furnishings, in our opinion, were very tasteful. The best part, we all agreed, was the amazing view through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows. And all around. If it ever rains, no problem. The rooms are super bright, and the view compensates for maybe once bad weather. The apartments are all accessible from the underground parking garage. The locking system is designed to allow access from all buildings. Sauna, fitness, etc. need not be mentioned. We believe: "We must come back!" "Oops, we forgot the practical bread roll service. Get up, open the door, bring in the rolls. The people from Cologne"

We spent wonderful days in a perfectly and high-quality equipped apartment. The view, although from the 2nd row, was dreamy. The kitchen had everything one needs for self-catering. There was even a hairdryer in the bathroom. The spacious underground garage proved to be not only totally practical during arrival and departure, but it also kept our purchases, suitcases, and us dry when getting into the car or the apartment. We would spend our vacation here again anytime.

South Cape A 10 - this wonderfully located and perfectly equipped apartment was a true delight; we have never experienced anything so well done in our 70/75 years. The Baltic Sea in sight, passing yachts, calling seagulls, and surfers tirelessly riding the waves in strong winds and storms. Within walking distance are small nice restaurants, even some more upscale if you don’t mind walking a bit further. A bakery, a small supermarket - everything is available. Wishes at a high level: a roll delivery service would be the icing on the cake! Maybe the baker can be reasoned with...! Very good overall concept! We look forward to the next stay,

South Cape A 10 - this wonderfully located and perfectly equipped apartment was a real joy, we - aged 70/75 - have not yet experienced anything so successful. With a view of the Baltic Sea, passing sailors, calling seagulls, and tireless surfers in strong winds and storms. Within walking distance are small nice restaurants, even more sophisticated ones if you take a slightly further step. Bakeries, small supermarkets, everything available.

Wishes at a high level: a bread roll service would be the icing on the cake! Perhaps the baker can be persuaded...!

Highly recommended holiday complex. We had an apartment on the third floor that we really liked. It was practically furnished, felt very free and open. All other areas of use, such as underground parking, sauna, fitness room, and garbage room were in very good condition.

We tested the second row for the first time - the sea view is guaranteed from here as well. Previously we had flats in the front houses - simply a dream. Pelzerhaken is a wonderful place to relax for the whole family. And almost everything is barrier-free, even the access to the beach. Extra class!!!

Even a hairdryer was available in the bathroom. The spacious underground garage proved to be very practical, not only for arrivals and departures, because it allowed us to get our shopping, suitcases and also ourselves into the car or flat dry. We would spend our holiday here again at any time.
