Es ist eine tolle Anlage und eine wunderbare Wohnung. Modern, gemütlich und dazu noch stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Wir haben die Tage genossen und können Sie absolut weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage der Anlage ist einfach nur toll. Alles was man braucht ist in direkter Nähe. Bars, Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Blick aus dem Appartement aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Die Anlage und auch das Appartement sind super sauber. Der Ort an sich ist Ende September sehr ruhig und zum Glück nicht so überlaufen wie Grömitz uä. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Wohnanlage. Der Blick auf die Ostsee ist toll und zum Geniessen. Kurze Wege zu einigen guten Restaurants und zum Strand mit den Strandkörben. Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal dort und es hat uns wieder sehr gefallen. Wiederkommen wahrscheinlich, aber wir lernen gerne neue Regionen kennen.

Wunderschöne gepflegte Ferienanlage mit hochwertiger und funktionstüchtiger Ausstattung und Aussicht auf einen wunderschönen Sandstrand der binnen 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht ist ! Wir kommen definitiv wieder :):)

Beautiful well-kept holiday resort with high-quality and functional equipment and a view of a beautiful sandy beach that can be reached within 5 minutes on foot! We will definitely come back :) :)

Top apartment with great view and modern amenities. Priced super for the location and comfort. We particularly liked the underground parking space, the large balcony and the box spring bed. We would love to come back!

The location of the facility is just great. Everything you need is in close proximity such as bars, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. The view from the apartment to the sea is breathtaking. The facility and the apartment are super clean. The place itself is very quiet at the end of September and luckily not as crowded as Grömitz, for example. We will definitely come back.

We only stayed for a week in the high-quality furnished apartment with its fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. Despite good occupancy of the apartments, it was extremely quiet. A covered balcony with seating area and lounge chair rounded off the pleasant and relaxing stay. An elevator and well-lit parking deck contributed to the feeling of well-being. We were thrilled by the proximity to the beach, which repeatedly invited us for walks by the water. The town center with small shops can be reached in just a few minutes and also offers some bars and restaurants. We will definitely come back. See you then.

A very nice apartment in a beautiful residential complex. The view of the Baltic Sea is great and enjoyable. Short distances to some good restaurants and to the beach with beach chairs. We have been there for the 2nd time now and we liked it very much again. Likely to come back, but we like to explore new regions.

Accommodation A08 in Südkap is highly recommended for 2 people, as in our case. The apartment is very pleasant, well equipped, and located in a quiet area with a nice view of the Bay of Lübeck from the balcony, even if it is in the second row, which we enjoyed during breakfast. The underground parking space for the car is also a plus for the accommodation.
