Great 2-room apartment. Modernly furnished. South balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea towards Timmendorf. Check-in quick and uncomplicated. From the garage, there is direct access to the house with an elevator. We felt very comfortable.

We were there for the umpteenth time. As in the times before, we had a great time to unwind with sauna and fitness, pure relaxation. The staff on-site were always very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shops are unfortunately only partially open in winter. The small supermarket within walking distance is open and well-stocked.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful covered balcony, the furnishings are good and complete, view of the Baltic Sea, good location, spacious underground parking garage, large bicycle storage in the building, great location - you can quickly get to the center or the surf camp. The apartment is very nice, in a good location with a view of the Baltic Sea. Nothing is missing. It is very unfortunate that the price development of the apartments does not keep pace with the increase in income/pensions. To suddenly demand 20% more from 2021 to 2022 is exaggerated and unjustified. Unfortunately, we will hardly be able to afford that in the future!

The apartment, with everything that goes with it, was excellent, especially the location and the associated view of the beach and the sea! We explored and enjoyed the surroundings on foot and by bike. The trip to the nearby Lübeck was very appealing and interesting. We would love to come back anytime!

Cleanliness and equipment are top-notch. No negative surprises. In fact, the unreachable makeup mirror in the bathroom was the only thing I noticed negatively, so it’s hardly worth mentioning. The location is great, it is well insulated, so you really do have your peace and quiet. Everything exactly as described on the website. Would love to return.

This high-quality holiday resort is ideal for relaxation. The concept of the resort is simply good! Everything (wellness/fitness/cycling rooms, etc.) is accessible dry through the underground garage if necessary. Otherwise, the resort actually appears in reality as it is depicted on the internet, and the way to the well-kept and not overcrowded beach was short. Nothing was embellished there, very commendable! Otherwise, the beach promenade of Pelzerhaken is very clear, but you can always divert to Grömnitz. We felt very comfortable anyway and will definitely come back.

very nice bright holiday apartment with a fantastic view of the sea, underground parking was very important for my husband, we did not use the wellness area but looked at it (very appealing and will be used next time), beautiful large terrace where we could even grill with an electric grill, just beautiful, we will come back.
