Eine herrliche Ferienwohnung, modern weil neu, sehr gehobenes Niveau. Sofort wohlgefühlt. Eindeutiger sicherer Autoplatz in Garage, optimaler Fahrradraum, großer Balkon für das Essen draußen und Liege, SÜDLAGE!, sofort am Strand, die wunderschöne Umgebung. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Traumbalkon und nagelneue Designwohnung für Kurzaufenthalt direkt am Meer: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war vorhanden, die Wohnung ist voll und sehr modern ausgestattet, die Gegend ist bezaubernd und wir hatten viele schöne Sonnenstunden und tolle Spaziergänge mit unserer Hündin am wundervollen Ostsee-Strand und in umliegenden Dörfern und Städten. Bei Regenwetter kann man es sich gemütlich machen oder die Sauna benutzen ... einfach top auch für Herbst- und Wintertage!

Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung in einer Toplage. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Ostsee garantiert. Wir haben hier eine super Zeit verlebt.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung. Es hat nahezu alles gepasst. Von der Anreise bis zum Schluss. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Ein perfektes Gesamtpaket. Der Urlaub beginnt schon bei der Einfahrt ins Parkhaus. Der eigene Parkplatz ist auch für große Fahrzeuge ausreichend. Man fährt mit dem Aufzug direkt vor die Wohnung. Die eigenen Fahrräder finden Platz in einem großzügigen Fahrradraum. Der große, möblierte Balkon lädt zum Ausspannen ein. Direkt vor der Anlage beginnt die Neustädter Bucht . Ein toller Ausblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Dream balcony and brand new designer apartment for short stays right by the sea:
We felt very comfortable, everything was there, the apartment is fully and very modern equipped, the area is enchanting and we had many beautiful hours of sunshine and great walks with our dog on the wonderful Baltic Sea beach and in the surrounding villages and cities. On rainy days, you can make yourself comfortable or use the sauna ... simply top for autumn and winter days too!

We had a wonderful vacation in a great holiday apartment. Almost everything was perfect, from the arrival to the end. The apartment is very well equipped and there is actually nothing missing, a perfect overall package. The vacation starts already with the entrance to the parking garage. The private parking spot is also sufficient for large vehicles. You can take the elevator directly to the apartment. The private bicycles can be stored in a spacious bike room. The large, furnished balcony invites you to relax. The Neustädter Bucht starts directly in front of the complex, providing a great view. We would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment in a very good location. Very clean and very well equipped. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. We lacked nothing. We spent two wonderful weeks there and would love to come back.

A wonderful vacation apartment, modern because it's new, on a very upscale level. Felt comfortable right away. Clear and secure parking spot in garage, optimal space for bicycles, large balcony for outdoor dining and lounging, SOUTH-FACING!, right by the beach and the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!
