Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet,die 2 Terassen lassen keinen Sonnenstrahl verpassen. Schön ist auch die nähe zum Strand und zur Promenade.

Funktionell und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man auch zwei Regentage gut überstehen kann. Durch den etwas windgeschützten Balkon konnten wir draussen frühstücken. Das war klasse. Seitlichen Blick auf's Meer hat man nur von einem Platz aus, aber das wussten wir vorher. Die Anlage ist relativ neu und sehr ordentlich/ gepflegt. Der Stellplatz für's Auto war auch unbedingt ein Plus. Bäcker, Cafe's & Restaurant ist alles mehr oder weniger direkt vor der Tür. Haben uns bei Anreise ausserhalb der Ladenöffnungszeiten gefreut, dass WC-Papier & Handseife vorhanden war um bis zur nächsten Ladenöffnung zu überleben. Schlüsselübergabe in der Safe-Box ausserhalb der Büroöffnungszeit hat wunderbar geklappt und auch generell ist der Service bei der Vermietung sehr klasse. Vielen Dank an das hoch-professionell-freundliche Team. Wir würden wiederkommen aber sicher auch wieder nur für 3-5 Tage.

Schöne Wohnung im ruhigen Ferienort der sich im Aufbau befindet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer modernen Appartmentanlage direkt am Strand. Für 4 Erwachsene würde ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Für Ruhesuchende ist Pelzerhaken genau richtig, ansonsten ist man besser in Grömitz aufgehoben. Neustadt mit etwas mehr Leben ist ca. 4 km entfernt.

Wir waren zum dritten mal in der Wohnung sie ist sehr sauber,zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Auch mit Hund kein Problem. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder.

Eine wirklich schöne, toll eingerichtete und helle Unterkunft mit guter Lage zum Oststeestrand. Restaurants und Cafés sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch ein Fahrradverleih sind sehr gut zu erreichen! Der schöne Hundestrand ist ebenso in der Nähe.

Small, nice apartment directly above shops and restaurants and in close proximity to the beach. Dogs are allowed, but must not be left alone in the apartment. Price-wise, in my opinion, it is borderline.

Beautiful apartment in the quiet holiday resort that is under construction. The apartment is located in a modern apartment complex directly on the beach. I would not recommend the apartment for 4 adults.
For those seeking tranquility, Pelzerhaken is the right place, otherwise you are better off in Grömitz. Neustadt with a little more life is about 4 km away.

Functionally and tastefully furnished apartment, in which you can also withstand two rainy days well.
Thanks to the somewhat sheltered balcony, we could have breakfast outside. That was great. You only have a lateral view of the sea from one place, but we knew that beforehand.
The complex is relatively new and very neat / well maintained. The parking space for the car was also a definite plus.
Bakery, cafes & restaurants are all more or less right outside the door.
We were pleased when we arrived outside of store opening hours that toilet paper and hand soap were available to survive until the next store opening.
Key handover in the safe box outside of office hours worked wonderfully and the service in general from the rental agency is great. Many thanks to the highly professional and friendly team.
We would come back but probably only for 3-5 days.

A really beautiful, nicely furnished and bright accommodation with a good location to the Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants and cafés as well as shopping opportunities and a bike rental are very easy to reach! The beautiful dog beach is also nearby.
