Very nice apartment, good equipment, and very quiet. The stairs are not suitable for people with mobility impairments. Our dog didn't dare to go down alone, but at 12 kg we could carry him. There is a gate so that children cannot fall down. We would come back.

I can only say that we felt super comfortable, well-kept, a short walk to the beach - everything just fit perfectly. Thank you for the wonderful time, we would love to stay in the apartment again! ️

The apartment was great. Super location, good amenities. Unfortunately, there is no blackout option in the parents' bedroom. The worst part of our vacation was unfortunately the harassment from the unfriendly neighbor from house number 33. She is very sensitive to noise from crying or temperamental little children and was extremely unkind to us. Therefore, we will unfortunately not book another stay in this accommodation.

Very well-kept apartment, everything you need is there. Very good location, only a 7-minute walk to the beach, and the beach chair as well as the shed including grill are "worth their weight in gold."

The vacation apartment is very cozy and pleasantly furnished, you feel like coming home. The location is great, in just a few minutes on foot you are at the beach promenade or in the commercial area of Grömitz. The booking process was quick and smooth. We really felt very comfortable. The price-performance ratio is very good, but the maximum occupancy of 6 people is not desirable from my point of view. We were four people on vacation for a week and can wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend the apartment.
