Premium Residence Radovan is located in Spadici, the district of Porec, only 250 m from the beach and 1500 m from the old town. The house offers a total of five apartments, 4 of which in 2022 completely renovated and modernly furnished. In the garden are available common covered terrace with dining table and barbecue fireplace for outdoor meals. On the ground floor of the house is a common living room with small kitchenette and sitting set, toilet, washing and drying machine. There is one private parking space per apartment.
