The open-air market with fruits, vegetables, fish, etc. can be reached quickly. Even gas station, auto repair shop, hospital and sports centres in the immediate vicinity. Poreč area is an agricultural area; where olive oil and wine, are not only appreciated but also a way of life culture.
Poreč and associated coastline are one of the most famous and most visited tourist regions along the Adriatic.
The town itself is rich in cultural and historical beauties. Oak and spruce forests are sufficient to the sea, and at 37 km of coastline to change many peninsulas and bays invite to relax.
The seawater is clean and the bathing season lasts from May to October.

Nie wieder!
Wir waren eine Gruppe von jungen Leuten im Alter zwischen 20 und 31 Jahren. Dies haben wir vorher angekündigt. In so einer Formation würde ich hier nie wieder hinfahren. Nachtruhe ist 23 Uhr. Natürlich haben wir dementsprechend die Lautstärke runtergefahren. Wir haben weder laute Musik gehört noch uns permanent laut unterhalten. Aber natürlich gehen wir nicht 23 Uhr ins Bett. Wir haben uns normal unterhalten aber natürlich zwischendurch mal in normaler Lautstärke gelacht. Trotzdem gab es fast jeden Abend Ärger mit den Vermietern, sehr cholerische Leute, die einer unserer Mitreisenden sogar handgreiflich gegenüber wurden und ständig mit der Polizei drohten.22:59 das letzte Mal laut gelacht auf dem Balkon und schon stand die Vermieterin wetternd auf dem Nachbarbalkon. Für die Klimaanlage (im August in Kroatien wohl gemerkt!) verlangen sie hier 5€ pro Tag! Wobei das wohl auch das einzige wirklich funktionierende an dieser Wohnung hier sein wird. Wir hatten die mittlere Wohnung (6 Personen) und die untere Wohnung (5 Personen). In der unteren begrüßte uns erstmal ein kaputter Topf mit Loch, eine Dusche die nie wirklich gut abläuft inklusive eines schon seit mehreren Wochen mal zum Austausch bereiter Duschvorhang, ein Kühlschrank bei dem es ständig die Sicherung raushaut, eine kaputte Kaffeekanne und und und... Natürlich ist es eine preiswerte Unterkunft, bei der man keinen Luxus erwarten kann. Aber eine gewisse komplette und funktionstüchtige Ausstattung kann man doch wohl erwarten. Am letzten Tag stiefelte die Vermieterin einfach herein und erklärte uns auf ihrem Kroatisch-Englisch (mehr Kroatisch als sonst irgendwas) das wir alles sauber machen müssen und sie alles kontrolliert und aufschreibt. Der Ton war mal wieder sehr unangemessen. Generell kamen sie sehr häufig zur Kontrolle durch die Wohnung.
Insgesamt haben wir uns hier alle NICHT wohlgefühlt und werden dieses Feriendomizil nie wieder buchen!

Als Vermittler der die Unterkunft mit den Gästen arrangiert hat, wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten.
Ja natürlich, ist nicht zu erwarten dass junge Leute früh ins Bett gehen, so wie es nicht zu erwarten ist dass sie sich durch das Fenster und um den Hof erbrechen mit dem abendlichen Lärm.
Wir verstehen die Kritik an einem älteren Ehepaar, Hausbesitzer die Schwierigkeiten hatte 11 junge Leute zu Hausregeln einzuladen, hauptsächlich für andere Gäste im Haus.
Mit einem vielleicht bescheidenen Angebot wir möchten unseren Gästen helfen die Nutzung der Klimaanlage auf Anfrage zu ermöglichen, da wir uns bewusst sind dass nicht jeder insbesondere aus gesundheitlichen Gründen die Klimaanlage nutzen kann. Daher werden die Kosten für die Klimaanlage berechnet nur wenn diese genutzt wird, was für Gäste bequemer ist.
Vielen Dank für die gezeigten Mängel die wird so schnell wie möglich entfernt und wird die volle Funktionalität der Ausrüstung und der Unterkunft erlaubt.
Wir wissen das zu schätzen die Meinung unserer Gäste und bemüht sich das Angebot und den Service zu verbessern und sicherzustellen dass unsere Gäste einen angenehmen und ruhigen Urlaub haben.
