Description
Villa Rosabella is a lovely single-storey house with a size of 140 m2. It is located in Nedešcina, not far from the town of Labin. The covered terrace overlooks the pool with crystal blue water, surrounded by umbrellas and sun loungers.
The house is practically designed and nicely furnished and intended for a maximum of 6 persons. The kitchen, dining room and living room form a pleasant, air-conditioned space for socialising. The hallway leads to 3 spacious bedrooms. In one room there is a bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, in the other room there are 2 beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. The third room has the largest bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. Each room has its own air conditioning and TV. There are two bathrooms
with shower cabin are available.

Villa Rosabella is located in a quiet village Nedešcina. Major shopping can be done in Labin (3km).
In Labin there are three supermarkets, two petrol stations, many restaurants, a beautiful old town and a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay.
The beaches in Rabac are 10 km away from the villa.

- You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following cancellation policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is sold for the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Beautiful
Villa Rosabella is a new, beautiful and well-equipped house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It really looks like in the pictures and is located in a quiet side street. The pool is a dream and the terrace is very spacious with plenty of room. A restaurant and a small supermarket were within walking distance. The supermarket has everything you need. Furthermore, there are additional shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, and the beautiful old town of Labin, about 5 - 10 minutes drive away.
The house is a good starting point for visiting the many different beaches and attractions. We were thrilled and thank Meri and Zeljko for their great tips and hospitality! We will gladly come back! Katrin and family.

Extraordinary
Very nice villa, was finished in August 22. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are mosquito nets in each room that you can easily slide open and closed. We were there with 6 people, but there would also be enough room for 8 people. The pool is a dream. It is cleaned once a week, which is sufficient if you take a quick shower with the outdoor shower before jumping in. There is a vineyard next to the villa. The villa is in a quiet area, which we liked. In 5 minutes you can walk to a small supermarket, which is well stocked. There are fresh bread rolls every day. There is a restaurant where you can have an excellent meal. There is also a small post office in the village. The nearest beaches are 30 minutes away and the water as well as the beaches are clean. The beaches in Medulin and Pula are 60 minutes away
The landlords of the villa are very friendly. Our night arrival at 4.00 am was no problem. Everything was perfect. We can recommend it without reservation and would come again any time. Dear Meri and Zelko, take good care of your dream villa!
