Newly built, with modern decor and furniture. With a private pool, air conditioning and a large living room. Only 7 km from the sea, Villa Mirela is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
The location of the villa, a small village Nedešćina, is located on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. Restaurants, bank, supermarket are all within a few minutes from the house.
There are 5 bedrooms in the villa. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and a small balcony with a great view of the surrounding nature and villages.
Free WiFi, TV, table football, charcoal grill, indoor fireplace, private pool and a private garden.
Villa Mirela is surrounded by greenery and is completely fenced and private.

Villa Mirela is located in a newly built, quiet village Nedešćina, surrounded by nature.
From the town of Labin, where supermarkets (Lidl, Plodine), bank, gas station, are located, is only 3 km away.

Enjoy the privacy that the nature surroundings offer, and the tranquility of the place, while being close to the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic.
All you hear during your stay is the peaceful hum of trees that will make your holiday completely relaxing.
The nearest town is Labin. Built on a hill, with a rich and magnificent history. You will be amazed with the underground tunnels. They were mines in the past and today they are an open museum. The cultural, musical and gastronomic events are frequent so there will always be something to do.
Rabac is a popular destination with many romantic sea walks, good restaurants, nice people and good music.
Moreover, all the best beaches in Istria are on the east coast, whether you love active and well-visited beaches or the secluded and private wild beaches. Just a few minutes drive from the villa and you are there.
Villa Mirela is an excellent starting point for tours around Istria, visiting wine roads, olive groves, medieval towns.
In summer in Istria, will be more than 1800 different tourist manifestations and programs in which you can enjoy.

Super holiday home
We spent a great family holiday here (with children and dog). The holiday home is clean, tidy and has a beautiful garden. We also received a warm welcome on arrival and the landlords were always available for "problems" and always friendly. In between, there was also a delicious greeting from the kitchen of the Tricic family. No matter whether we spent a day at the in-house pool or at various beaches - we felt completely comfortable here and will be happy to come back next year!
(The only suggestion for improvement would be mosquito nets also on the upper floor :-) )

Holiday home
Good evening, Tricic family.
We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful time in your house. We were welcomed with drinks, bread, cheese and sausage. After a week we received a big platter of sweet pancakes. Your house is beautiful and we felt very comfortable.
Every morning the pool was cleaned by her husband and if a light bulb broke, it was replaced immediately
was broken, it was replaced immediately. The house is super clean and the furnishings
lovingly. Furthermore, there is a wonderful environment with a lot of peace and quiet, which we enjoyed very much after the beach. Unfortunately, we kept our distance because of Corona and had almost no contact with the Tricic family.
We all wish the Tricic family good health and hope to come again.

Fantastic holiday home in a quiet location
We were 4 adults and 4 children (9-13 years). The kids had their own kingdom and was very relaxing for us adults. The pool is beautiful and lit up in the evening.
We spent a lot of time at the beautiful big wooden table on the veranda. Quiet location and you can quickly reach all the shopping facilities and beaches by car. The landlords live right next door and are very warm and helpful at all times. Thank you again for a wonderful time and we will be back!
