3-room flat 60 sqm (house 1):
The flat has a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The flat offers space for 4 people and can be extended for a maximum of one additional person. In the living room you can relax in the comfortably furnished sitting area. A TV with satellite TV and a DVD player are available. At a separate dining table you can have your meals or just sit together for a nice chat. The kitchenette offers a fridge with freezer compartment, a 4-plate cooker with oven and a sink. Other equipment includes crockery and cutlery, as well as a toaster, kettle and microwave. From the living area you have direct access to the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the sun until late in the afternoon with the garden furniture. Barbecue facilities are available.
2-room holiday flat 53 sqm (house 1):
If you only need space for up to 4 people and also want to save money, we can alternatively offer you a 2-room flat in the same property. The flat has the same facilities as the 3-room flat described above, but is only approx. 53 sqm and has only one bedroom with a double bed as well as 2 additional sleeping possibilities in the living area by means of a pull-out couch. The price for the overnight stay and the fee are 5,- Euro lower!
3-room flat 66 sqm (house 2):
The holiday flat was only completed in summer 2014 in a newly built holiday home. With 2 separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, the flat offers space for up to 5 people.
In addition to modern furnishings, the large, partly floor-to-ceiling windows give the flat a bright and cosy ambience. In addition to a seating area and a dining area, the living room also offers a fully equipped kitchenette including dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and oven with ceramic hob. In addition to crockery and cutlery, there is also a toaster, kettle and microwave with grill and hot air function.
Further rooms in the flat are a bedroom with double bed and an additional TV, a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bathroom with WC, shower and a washstand.
Sat-TV incl. radio and a DVD player provide entertainment. In addition to a 40" TV in the living area, there is also a 32" TV in the bedroom, where you can watch the TV programme from the comfort of your bed. Both TVs are also internet-capable and thus offer corresponding smart TV options. WLAN is also available and can be used free of charge.
From the living area you can directly access the spacious terrace, where the garden furniture offers you the opportunity to relax and unwind.

This holiday flat was only completed in summer 2014 in a newly built holiday home. It offers enough space for the whole family on a very spacious 78 sqm. Using the two sofa beds in the living area, the flat can be occupied by up to 6 people.
The flat is modernly furnished and the large, partly floor-to-ceiling windows give it a bright and cosy ambience. The rooms are equipped with all the amenities that make a relaxed and restful holiday possible.
The living room offers a sitting area and a dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. Further rooms in the flat are a bedroom with a double bed and an additional TV, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with WC, large shower and no less than 2 washstands.
Entertainment is provided by satellite TV incl. radio as well as a Bluray player and a video recorder. There is even a small selection of films on original video cassettes available. In addition to a 40" TV in the living area, there is also a 32" TV in the bedroom, where you can watch the TV programme from the comfort of your bed. Both TVs are also internet-capable and thus offer corresponding smart TV options. WLAN is also available and can be used free of charge.
Another highlight is the 45 sqm terrace, which you can access directly from the living area. In addition to the garden furniture, it also offers a separate barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday accommodation is located on the edge of a very quiet forest settlement and thus offers pure relaxation. The adjacent forest area (the large deciduous and pine trees of the Schaabe are part of Europe's forest belts worthy of protection) invites you to take long walks, not only in summer. The spa area and the beautiful fine sandy beach of the Schaabe are also only about 500 m away. The Jasmund Spa with its bathing and sauna facilities as well as other main attractions of Rügen such as the chalk cliffs, Cape Arkona or the Störtebeker Festival can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The Schaabe geographically connects the Jasmund and Wittow peninsulas.
Nestled between the sea and the Bodden, Glowe is a much sought-after holiday resort in an environment that has its own special charm in every season. Experience the famous 9 km long Baltic Sea beach of the Schaabe on one side and the unspoilt landscapes of the Great Jasmund Bodden on the other.
Glowe offers nice restaurants, an ice cream parlour, a bakery and a small fish smokehouse. There is also a supermarket. The newly designed spa square invites you to linger with various sales and eating establishments and offers a surfing and sailing school as well as a beach chair rental service. From the spa square you can walk along the reconstructed promenade to the new harbour and enjoy the view over the Baltic Sea to the lighthouse of Cape Arkona.
